Honestly I can't speak more highly of Erika and her skills at massage therapy...I'm a visual learner, so let me try and paint the picture of my 2 hour massage:

I'm new to the area and had been a member of a massage chain that did the job sometimes every or every other week. Between work and fitting in a workout throughout the week, I made an appointment with Erika. From the moment I walked in (I did get a little lost, but she found me once I gave her a call), I felt invited: the smells, the space, cleanliness, and the tools and table were clean and sterile. Once I undressed to my comfort level she started and her touch was warm and strong - something you want with a sore body. It was as if each of my muscles called to her saying, "hey over here, I need you here". I went in with a specific soreness on my right lat, by the time I got to my car I was overjoyed at the pain being virtually gone! Every use of the products she explained what it was, what it did, and how she was going to use it. Throughout those two hours I dozed off because I was that relaxed and she was not bothered by it at all! By the next day I was energized and my muscles were ready to tackle another workday and my nightly workout!! Drinking at least 40+ oz of water helped keep the soreness at bay. Don't get me wrong, there was soreness, but had I not, I would've felt it the next day 10x over.
