Re Salon and Med Spa — Attraction in Charlotte

I went to Re salon for about 3-4 years and never had a problem, until the last time I went. My roots did not match the rest of my hair after being colored. I mentioned it to the stylist and she told me to give it a few days and if I still felt the same way to come back. I came back to have it fixed and they charged me full price ($90), even tho I had just spent $250 getting it done there a week prior!!!! When I said it was re-service, they offered to take off $10 (which was not a reasonable discount). When I tried to rectify the situation with the salon owner (Lindsay), she wouldn't return my multiple phone calls or messages. I called 3-4 times without any return call!!! And when I finally did talk to her, she asked if I would come in to discuss with happened with her and the stylist so we could rectify the situation. She would not give me my $ back and seemed unconcerned with my keeping my business. I was shocked by the lack or professionalism and extremely poor customer service. I HATE how this was handled because I really like the stylist I went to there!! My husband and I booked a last minute massage for our anniversary and it was by far the best massage we have had in Charlotte. They only had one 60 minute and one 90 minute available. However they knew we both really wanted 90 minutes each so after my 90 minute they were able to give my husband an additional 30 minute massage. They worked around us. Extremely friendly and clean. Actually pretty cool place as it was an old fire station. To add: I had Bri give me a massage. I told her exactly what was bothering me (neck and shoulders) and she listened. She focused on those specific areas. She is rhythmically great with her hands. She mirrored each side as she did the other. Her transitions were fabulous. My husband had Mare. He told me that she did an excellent job and wants her specifically again. We look forward to many more massages at Re Salon! I also am looking forward to starting some other med spa services with them as they offer a discount with first time clients. I am really excited and so happy we found this place. Can’t believe this was a last minute place and now will be a must go to place! Thank you Re Salon!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw Shannon a few months ago for a Botox consult and absolutely loved her! I decided to wait a little but was still planning on going back to Re to see Shannon - until I went last week and got an eyelash lift and tint. The service was underwhelming and upon arriving home realized they lady got black dye (from the eyelash tint) on my white sweater - permanently stained and ruined. I called THREE times and was told the manager was not in but she would reach out… a week passes and nothing. I then Instagram DM’d Re and explained the situation….no reply. So today I decided to go in person and bring the sweater, hoping for at least a partial refund for their wrong doing. I was told they tried to call me but my voicemail box was full, I checked my call log and had no missed calls from them. All they offered me was 10% off my next service, likely knowing I would not return. They do not care about their paying clients and I did not even receive and apology.
