I made an order for same day delivery, when fort dash showed up he had two big boxes with 10 wine bottles in each box and wanted me to sign for it. I tried to tell him that wasn’t my order and showed him on the Sephora app what my order was. He did not speak any English sat outside my house for almost an hour I guess speaking to his boss he then came back to the door and wanted me to talk into his phone to translate what i was saying he still did not understand. I called Sephora and Susan who I talked to was so nice and told me to call door dash I called door dash and they were so rude and had no idea what to do and told me they could not do anything because the dasher was close by even tho I told her he has been at my house for the past hour. The next morning I called Sephora again and they told me to call the main number as I was speaking to them Susan from the store called in and told me to tell customer service that anything she could do to help to let her know. I did get it figured out but the fact that Susan went out of her way to call me and offer any help definitely made the situation so much better and much appreciated. Read moreI have been having some skin issues and have wasted a lot of money on products that were not working. I was in the neighborhood, so I figured I would come in to try some products on even though it was a very busy Saturday, which I do not typically do. I was greeted by a staff member who took the time to listen to my needs. The staff member then called for another staff member who came up with some more helpful answers, and then another. I felt like I was in such good hands. They asked great questions, and were beyond helpful with me trying on new products. when something was out of their area of expertise, they asked for help and stayed and listened too. The staff truly cared so much and made me feel heard and gave me great samples to try. I want to thank Lulu and Christina. I have never written a store review for anything, but these two, and the member who greeted me and originally helped, who’s name I can’t remember, went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about my experience, which I definitely did not expect walking into a mobbed store on a Saturday holiday weekend....
Read moreI'm sorry I didn't ask for their names, but a pretty (and somewhat petite) blonde helped me match my skin today and I am soooo thankful!! I was really worried I wouldn't be able to because I've never worn makeup because I never given it any mind before. She was so helpful and the brunette cashier helped me with setting up an account with them so fast and easy! I went approximately around 15:00 - 15:30 today so I appreciate everyone who worked that shift! Sephora may be expensive, but since their hospitality and efficiency is so high, I find it a little difficult to be aggravated (especially in my tight spot). I do suggest lowering the price of some of the products in all seriousness because for 3 about 30mL(-) it cost about $80 and I can't see myself paying that all the time no matter the great service.
