I live out of state and needed sympathy flowers sent to my mom same day. I called and spoke to a very pleasant woman and explained the circumstance knowing that it was last minute and did not expect a same day delivery. The lady I spoke to was very kind and caring and told me that they would be able to deliver flowers that day. The flowers that my mom received far exceeded my expectations! They are fresh, very fragrant and the arrangement was beautiful! My mom was not home when the delivery driver got there so she called my mom. My mom asked the driver to leave them on the porch. The driver took the time to wrap the flowers in a bag to protect them. I really appreciate all the staff at Underwood floral. The flowers really brightened my moms day. I have never ordered directly from florist when I send my mom flowers, I use FTD but for now on I will be contacting Underwood floral to do my moms arrangements. I highly recommend Underwood Floral

We ordered a flower arrangement for a memorial service held locally in Cheyenne. We live out of state but I wanted to use a local florist. Underwood flowers had great reviews and I can see why. The ordering process was simple. The prices for the arrangements were very fair. The arrangement I chose included a small statue. Unfortunately, that statue wasn’t available, however Diane provided me several alternative options. They even included a small photo of the arrangement in the delivery confirmation email. We will 100% use them again if the need arises and I highly recommend you use them as well! 10/10!!!!

I came into Underwood asking for a bridal bouquet, to take with me to an elopement right then and there. My couple had to change their wedding plans due to incoming weather, and the bride still really wanted to have a bouquet for photos. The florist browsed the brides inspo pictures, and in 30 MINUTES had a stunning piece together, and it was in the brides budget. I cannot thank Underwood enough for making this happen. The bride loved the bouquet, it was absolutely beautiful, and I highly highly recommend them to any couple looking for a quality florist.

We bought 3 bouquets from this company for a funeral. The people were very nice and very helpful. They showed us all the flowers they had and were just awesome. Grandma explained what she wanted and the florist said she would make them up and she did. Beautiful bouquets, great prices, wonderful service. There was a minor issue that we had and Diane immediately jumped into action and was trying to fix our problems. We will definitely use this company again.
