This is a SERIOUS candy store. They sell EVERYTHING from Mango gummies, Green tea Matcha Kit Kat’s (They even sell dark Matcha flavor), peach mint Kit Kat’s, wasabi peas, ginger chews, Pocky in most flavors, Ramune Soda Pop, jelly teas, Japanese candy, soda flavored hard candy, lollipops, shredded & dried pork, dehydrated fruit, cake candy, gummy cakes, hard and soft candies.. Seriously just GO!! If you want to try anything, just ask. Everyone there is super friendly. Monday mornings are the best time to go because the shop is less crowded and you can see more products and fewer people. Read moreBeen coming here for Asian candy since I was a kid! The workers definitely watch you to make sure you don’t steal because the items are so small. They don’t yell at you if you try some of the candies. They have remodeled recently so there’s less candies to taste but at least they made use of the space in the back and made it a cash register.
Definitely your trip to Chinatown won’t be complete unless you come here and try some interesting Asian candies. I went here yesterday and saw deep fried crab and seaweed peanuts. I’m into trying new things so this place has a lot of new flavors that most people haven’t tried. I like some of the sour Asian candies like dried sour plums or dried mango.
