The best private & semi-private training gym I’ve ever been to. The customer service is top tier. Every time I come in I’m greeted by name by multiple people. The community here is so warm and inviting. The owner Sean has created a beautiful atmosphere. The gym is very clean. It has an infared sauna, 2 showers, and every piece of equipment you need. The trainers are great. I highly recommend Cam and his Bootcamp (my trainer there!). Cam knows his stuff and is so creative with his workouts. His energy is top tier. No matter what he has going on, he shows up with a positive energy that radiates. He’s very reliable and punctual. I’ve trained with Sean before too and really enjoyed his style of training. He’s an OG in the training game and is always continuing his education, he knows his stuff!! John Hall trains out of this gym too and he’s the best of the best (if you need to relieve pain/tension anywhere in your body, he’s your go to!!). Maria is a sweetheart and answers emails quickly. Phenomenal is not your usual over-stuffed chain gym or bare bones box; it's a business that has your goals, your fitness, and your progress in mind. The trainers don't rely on fads; don't try to sell you endless products, but instead rely on tried and true training methods that will have you not just looking better, but more importantly, feeling better. I meet with my trainer, Galen Lundin, once a week and I've never ended a session not feeling like there wasn't any mountain I couldn't climb! Galen is attentive, non-judgemental, and always seems to come up with the right combination of exercises and moves that have me feeling strong rather than depleted. He also tells really horrible jokes that I guarantee will have you groaning and laughing right before you PR that deadlift. The staff overall are wonderful. Read moreI’ve been training with Galen for almost 4 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I really enjoy the variety & challenge he puts into our sessions.
Galen is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises and lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. (most days).
Importantly:
– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training.
