On their most “busiest time of the year” You’d think they’d be a bit more organized with their lines. There is no communication on which line to stand in. They have people just standing wherever and it doesn’t allow one to comfortably reach and grab prepackaged chocolates. Then once you finally do they send you to the cashier but there’s no line. My car window got busted out and someone stole my back pack out of it, so i went to get some chocolate to make myself feel better about my situation and they were so nice they gave me a couple of pieces on the house for my troubles. Always a great experience to go into this shop. The ladies manning the counter are always extremely nice and very generous with samples. As far as quality of candy goes, I honestly believe See's is at the top and their prices really haven't changed much over the past couple years.
