Thanks to Kim, my Customer Service was top-notch. She answered all my queries and was prompt in replying regarding the details of the items i purchased. She was kind, courteous, and went the extra mile with all my worries about financing. I generally steer clear of social media but due to Kim’s kind nature, honest opinions, and positive disposition I have decided to use this Google space to share my positive experience with her and Henebry’s Jewelry.

There was even a mix up on our first purchase a year ago and she was tasked with having to call me with the bad news. Yet, even that interaction was one that left me with no doubt Kim was an honest and truthful woman. After consulting with her then manager, he called me back to inform me Henebry’s would honor the original deal. Which, in this day and age, was quite the remarkable gesture when we know most companies are a profit before people type of business. Kim and the manager’s actions proved to be just the opposite. And Kim’s Customer Service skills bear this out.

The item itself stunned me and my wife so much so, I decided to purchase a matching piece again from them this month. Looking for the missing piece is not easy! Yet, Kim’s recommendation and options have again proved to be exquisitely the exact perfect choices. I really am beyond impressed with her kindness and friendly personality as a sales lady. With care and courtesy she followed up on every request and kept me updated throughout the process.

I can guarantee that I will come back to use Henebry’s Jewelry again and again.

My boyfriend bought a promise ring from here in August. Sent it off to be sized, got it back, and it had cracked in three months. We took it back to be fixed. Was told that there was a special kind of weld that was going to be done since it had cracked so soon after being sized. Got the ring back, and the weld that was described to us, was not done. Another month and 28 days goes by and it cracks yet again, in the exact same spot. At this point I’m mad, but still willing to be patient. Took it back and was told that instead of fixing the crack this time, they’d just special order one in my size so that there would be no weak spots (it was an older gentleman, I believe the store manager maybe, but he was phenomenal!). It has been a month since we took it back this last time. We checked two weeks ago and was told it wasn’t back yet. Went back just now (6:50) because google had them listed as closing at 7, they had the bars down so we couldn’t even go in. If you are going to list your store as being open till 7, your entrance should be open till 7, otherwise that is false advertising. I’m only giving this rating a 3 star because of the older gentleman that showed just as much frustration with my second crack as I did. You are selling products that are meant to last a lifetime, and I haven’t even been able to enjoy my product for a full year without issues. First off, Henebry’s in Christiansburg should always be your first choice when it comes to quality and selection. I know it’s mine! Was wanting to get some diamond earrings for my wife for her birthday and immediately thought time to go to Henebry’s! I went there this evening and the selection was as great. Lots of good quality diamonds with the “fire” you should expect from a good diamond. So just to assure myself I told the guy I was going to check Zales and Kay’s but said I’m positive I’m coming back here... which I did. Zales had a selection but quality wasn’t there and Kay’s had decent diamonds but selection was limited. So I came back to Henebry’s and Justin helped with my final selection who provides awesome feedback and customer service. This wasn’t my first purchase from here as Claudia provided her awesome customer service to help my wife pick out the best engagement ring for her to replace her old engagement ring to match her wedding ring.
