The Hyde Park location provided extremely poor service regarding a $3000 false charge to my account. It took 3 days for for a dispute to even be filed. When you call they have no idea what's happening with the dispute they supposedly filed - there is nothing on my account showing they've done anything. My account is set up in a way that this should NOT have happened in the first place, no answers from the bank as to how it could have happened. Overall they have no answers, and have a very lackadaisical approach to fixing what is a major issue. If I wasn't following up each day I am sure nothing would have been done.
