Beacon Bath & Bubble — Attraction in City of Beacon

Rarely do I write reviews, but this utterly unique and charming shop, inclusive of great customer service and products, was definitely a top highlight of my trip to Beacon this weekend. Every inch of this store is interesting and colorful, with a touch of 50's vibe. The quality homemade soaps, salts, lotions, bath bombs, gels and bath accessories are beautifully displayed throughout, and the fragrances (about a million for the bar soaps) and packaging are just absolutely lovely! Prices are reasonable as well. I picked up a few things for myself and a bath bomb and bubble bath for my son, who was content to sit and wait for me while sipping on a 50's style soda (which tasted terrific...they don't make them like they used to I guess!) at the 'counter', replete with vintage metal signs and decorations. Next time we decided we would grab some pre-cupped ice cream from the freezer and create our very own soda special (suggestions are posted at the counter)...who would have thought to put candy, soda and soap together in one shop? Anyhow, it works! Beyond all this quality and fun, I found the owner to be extraordinarily friendly, kind and conversational. A shop I am beyond happy to give my business to. I absolutely cannot wait to go back next time...

I was so pleased and Happy my Husband found this place and put so much thought into it his gift to me. There are few reasons I’m pleased. Number one reason is how kind the person was to my Husband. Being someone who is a black man with tattoos and locs often he is immediately discriminated against, I’ve seen it with my own eyes, and it honestly stops him from entering local shops that seem like they won’t be kind. He did not experience that here! He shared how kind and thoughtful the woman was. She even suggested a scrub which my Husband struggled with because I’m not a cake or warm scent sort of person but he took her suggestion and out of all the many things he purchased , the one I loved the most was the Birthday cake whipped body scrub!! Omg it smells amazing!!! It makes showering such a treat lol. My only issue I may have, is ingredients, I’m wondering if these items are organic or use some natural ingredients, as I love bath bombs but very sensitive and he bought a lot!! I typically use lush which never irritates me, but I think my husband wanted me to try something local and new which I’m thrilled he did, So if you see this! Please let me...

A lovely little soap shop. Everything I have gotten from here is wonderful and very creative. The soaps smell amazing and work great. You can pick out items to assemble into beautiful little gift baskets. Everyone who I have gotten soaps for from here has asked me to get them more. The shop owner always has items that are funny or cute for whatever holiday it is.
