Summit Health Urgent Care (Westmed) - Yonkers - Ridge Hill, NY — Attraction in City of Yonkers

Saw PA Diana Waxler and her associates and they were great, friendly, extremely capable and gave me what I believe will put me on the road to recovery - Everyone from the Sign in desk on are quality people Who treated me and everyone with respect and given the great information that they needed - Highly recommend this urgent care facility to ANYONE Hurting or sick - Keep up the great work the world needs it Sincerely, Alan Probst

Came in 4-20 with a lot of fear and worry that I might be experiencing diabetes or some other new Health challenge, not being able to explain the incredible fatigue and other symptoms - The Staff & Dr Udo  were excellent:  Concerned and extremely capable Aware that they were dealing with multiple patients in every room - I do believe that they extended me the benefit of extensive tests That were necessary But I think above and beyond and I appreciate that deeply and highly recommend everyone associated with Ridge Hill urgent care - Been going there many times in negative state And coming out, feeling totally different better and hopeful, even when the conditions were still to be addressed - Wish other medical facilities I need to access were as Capable and compassionate - Highly recommend

Went to urgent care Ridge Hill - they are excellent all of them - Been all over Westchester & they truly shine - Dr Wan is awesome, he Has helped me a number of times & also talked me off the edge since dealing with many health & other issues simultaneously - Whole Staff is professional courteous caring from Front Desk to the ultrasound area - highly recommend and I’ve been around the block with medical facilities -

Awesome team at Ridge Hill Urgent Care - from beginning to end - Erika Sisk RN (Heidi, Flo & Javon at desk) All Went way above and beyond the extra mile on one appointment than the many other medical facilities I’ve dealt with for me and my recently passed mom over last few years - I cannot put into the correct words my thanks and appreciation - All: Professional, compassionate, intelligent and again steering me in potentially the right directions Where in the past this has rarely occurred. 3-19-2021 Today Met with Heidi again (amazing) Imelda (caring and great) and Dr Yan (not sure of spelling) but extraordinary physician - wish I could have him as my primary physician - All the care, timeliness of tests, precision movement throughout the whole process is very rare, efficient and uniquely commendable - Hope You guys stay here for a long time. Patients, People need a place like this and I have been all over the spectrum of health care facilities throughout Westchester and New York City in my 70 Years for both my deceased parents, gravely ill sister and myself. Alan Probst Today 6/3/2022 I met with Dr. Manuel R Esteban-Galindo at ridge hill where everyone is AWESOME. He and Dr. Wan and the BEST Physicians I have seen over the last 3-4 years and I have seen close to 50 Drs - I have been in all the hospitals in westchester and many in NY had multiple tests, cat scans mris' blood work colonoscopies, endoscopies, utlrasound and still struggling with potential for 4 potential structural surgeries but these Drs at West Med and entire process is the ABSOLUTE BEST, most compassionate capable people I have dealt with. Dr. Esteban today is truly what a Dr. should be and must have taken his medical vows with true dedication and committment. Dr. Wan is awesome too and helped me so much in past. Kudos to WestMed. 8/21/2024: Another visit to Urgent Care @ Ridgehill, today is my turn to receive best of care from the Fantastic staff, I booked for a 10:30 Apt but arrive at 9:30, waited 15 mins to enter the examination room, i did my paper work in advance to speed up the process as usual, i needed couple swab cultures and an xray. All my info are correct in their database makes it easy to send my scripts. Thank you Kim & Angela for taking care of me with kindness & passionate.

8/6/2024: For Some reason, every-time, a review from me for recent treatments, it keeps posting the one from several years ago? Today visit was for my child, woke up this Am with a bad cough/ sore throat, I 1st booked an apt with PM Peds, but the availability they had was at 1:45, they open at 12; then I checked Westmed and their urgent care schedule was unlimited, woo hoo! Lucky day! I booked the 11am apt, did all the paper work on line with their Solv app, making check-in so much easier. When we arrived , gave our name and the wait time meter was activated on Solv app. Usually there’s 4 patient in the waiting Room at this time, but not today! We were next , gave the reason for the visit, did some swab test, was given a dose of med, Dr. Baggley gave suggestions to improve his condition at home and prognosis, and within mins, we were discharged, best Urgent care visit ever. The staff were professional, kind, friendly with a smile. Til next visit!

2017/2018 review: I was born and raised in Bklyn. After moving to Scarsdale; I hesitated in finding a new primary MD or any type of specialist. After the Pandemic, when it was safe to leave the house, I finally listened to the wife and joined WestMed. I’m glad I did! The staffs and Providers are Awesome! Their services and Network are fantastic, I can basically do everything on their app, from Making Drs. apt, Scheduling lab work, Checking results, Emailing Drs. , Refilling meds, Canceling apts, and etc… Westmed facilities are located in different cities but not far apart. Today was my first time going to WestMed Urgent Care. I woke up at 9am, I didn’t feel well, I logged into their app, searched for availability. Their next apt was at 12pm , so I booked it. I arrived at 11:40am at Ridgehill. I checked in at the front desk, within mins I was called into the examination room. The time frame was incredible, from Check-in to Discharge. I will definitely...

Update Jun 5 2025. Took my mother to urgent care at ridge hill with a very painful knee. Christian and Taneisha at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The nurse Sanje and Dr Allyne were pleasant,knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Dr Allyne ordered an X-ray, identified the problem, advised how to proceed, and gave appropriate referral. We were very happy with the care and efficiency. Update Feb 27 2025 Urgent care at westmed RidgeHill is great! Javon  and Christian at the front desk were very gracious and efficient as usual. Marianne the nurse and Dr Palumbo were very thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.  My problem was resolved. Thank you! update Sept 4 2024 Jovann at the front desk and the nurse Marianne were very pleasant and helpful as was Dr. Esteban. There was very little wait time and I was confident in Dr. Esteban's assessment. Jan 12 2024 The ladies at the front desk (Lanice, Davon and V.) greet everyone with a smile, are very helpful and keep the place running. Angela the nurse was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Udo understood my concerns, is also very pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. She even called to let me know the final results were posted on mywestmed. Lilliana the US technician did her best to be as thorough as possible. I felt they all did an excellent job. Thank you! dec 6 2023 Christian and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful as usual. The nurse Clara was very pleasant skillful and efficient. Dr Allyne was very thorough, kind, understood and addressed all my concerns. I left confident in the diagnosis and how to proceed. Thank you to them and Westmed urgent care! Update sept 6 2023. Once again Linnece and Christian at the front desk were very quick and helpful. The nurse Mary was very efficient and amazing with her blood sample withdrawal technique- I could hardly tell afterwards where she did it. The PA Kristina Didomizio was very knowledgeable thorough and kind. I left feeling reassured to the extent possible and with a better understanding of how to deal with the situation. Previous experience Florence and Dr Matthai couldn’t have been more helpful patient and nice. Linnece and Christian at the front desk were also very helpful and pleasant.
