Lane Bryant — Attraction in Clarksville

So today I went to Lane Bryant 10/04/2020 and I was welcomed by the nicest woman who asked me if I needed help and I said I’m looking for panties. She said I had come to the right place! And assisted me and looking for panties she asked me if I liked a specific kind and I said well TMI I do apologize but I need period panties. She recommended a particular pantie. Which happened to by my favorite the high rise ones to cover my pooch of a belly but also keep everything in. Women reading this you know what I mean. They were also 5 for $35!! The only sad thing is I didn’t get her name. The receipt said Samqueta as the register person. But I’m not sure if that was the lady who helped me or the other one who was also working. Worst customer service ever. No one here, that they have ever hired, in the last 10 years, knows what they are doing. I often drive all the way down to outer loop, as the outer loop location even says they have a lot of customers from Southern Indiana who talk about how bad the Lane Bryant is in Indiana.

Just today I called looking for a certain item, the vapid woman behind the counter, uhhhh we don't have that. I call outer loop, they have it. Later same day I call So. Indiana back and the same vapid counter girl says, "Ujhhhh, lakh we toturlly have the item, but lakh it's on a mannequin." She has no idea how to take an item off a mannequin to check anything, or for a customer to buy it. I weep...

I have been in the store more than once to look for bras for my triple ddd+ size breasts, I sense that because I'm not plus size that the sales associates never ask if I need help, they never say hello or even acknowledge me. I went to the counter where three workers stood talking and asked for assistance and one explained that they rarely carry anything smaller than a 38 band in the store (needing 36) but she quickly looked and went back to the counter with the other women. This store doesn't feel welcoming as someone who isn't the traditional customer here, but my bras could easily be purchased if the store was willing to help me.
