This Target has some major issues. I hate to complain but I feel I have to on this one. I am so grateful that there is a Target in the area, but going to this Target can be pretty unpleasant. MANY of the products are out of date/expired. Then, they are not helpful if you get home to discover you bought something that is expired and try to return it. It is hence "your fault" which is just bad business. So check the dates on all food items and medicine. I have begun to snap pics of out of date items because one day I will send them all in to corporate. I also bought a pullover and the zipper broke after the first wash. I washed it as soon as I bought it as I always do with new items, so it was only the next day after buying it and they would not take it back. You will wait a long time at the checkout and there will seldom be enough cashiers available. The employees are generally nice, it is just not well run. They also often lack training and are having to guess on what they're doing. I was also instructed to buy the wrong type of disc over in electronics and they were rude about that. Their employees need to be instructed to be honest when they don't truly know the answer to customer questions instead of pretending and misadvising. So, check the dates on everything, especially food and medicine, do needed returns at some other Target and allow double the time to check out because you'll be here a while, no matter what time of...
Read moreI really enjoy shopping at Target so much more than WalMart because of the overall store environment at Target was thought out carefully from the way they have soft ambient lighting throughout the store, store displays are eye catching, fun music with songs that you can sing the lyrics as you shop. Store employees are very helpful and courteous when you need assistance with finding a special item, Speaking of store items, I LOVE that each week there are so many new items to try out in almost every department. I go in the store for a couple of small items and I usually leave with a large basketful of "treasures" I found throughout the store. I love Target and I especially love the Project 62 Collection. The patio furniture that I purchased from this collection made my Zen rock garden area in my backyard one of the most beautiful and used spaces this past summer. Target is my "Happy Place". Especially love those red card member bonus offers the most. Have more of those please so I can finally afford to purchase the outdoor rug I have been wanting all summer...a Smith and Hawken 7X10 black and tan micro grid outdoor rug that normally is $180.00. Keep up...
Read moreAn employee had an issue with me checking out in the self checkout line, we were already at a register and she told us to go to the employee run register. I said we were ok and she said “well it’s 10 items or less” with a snotty attitude. I was upset with Target I was ready to leave on the spot. However, the lady Apple at the register was so nice and patient with me, I instead decided to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Ginny and Vickie (I believe was her name) and they were honestly the nicest people. Ginny, Vickie, and Apple are the reasons I love target. Their customer service was unmatched. I was so incredibly angry over 14 items being an issue (which I hadn’t counted until after, I thought it was 10) and was completely turned around by the care and patience of the management team. I am very impressed with Ginny and how she handled the situation. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you to the kind ladies at this location for making my night better and treating me...
