This place has excellent customer service! I went their to get a washer and dryer for my kids father, and they have such good deals. As soon as you enter, they welcome you, and come help you immediately. Since the washers & dryers they had, where Spanish, they made a call to liberty, to pick up a set for him, and are delivering it today, so im at his house waiting for it. They deliver and hook it all up free of charge & the payments are low, however, if you pay it off in 6 months, it is no interest, and you can decide to buy something else next. I do wish they had a larger selection of colors. I really liked a living room suit, but it wasnt the color i liked, or i myself would have gotten it for my home. The main colors they have are Grey, only a couple brown & tan, and 1 black living room suit. The bed room suits had like 4 or 5 to choose from, and a few tables, and a beautiful faux fireplace with cabinets. That will probably be a piece i will end up purchasing. But it would be great if they had a catalog or something that you could use to choose furniture, because there isnt a big selection. However , they are very friendly, and gave my kids dad a discount for bundling a washer & dryer. I mean, for what he pays a week for a washer & dryer , is cheaper than going to the laundry mat. So its definitely a great place to get what you need. I didnt hear them give him a time of delivery , just a day. So if you need something, and cant haul it yourself, or afford to spend a couple grand on a washer or dryer, this place is exactly where you need to go. You also can choose to pay weekly, biweekly and monthly. Your choice. They really work with you, which is nice. I hope this review helps. Was charged for “optional” insurance I didn’t not authorized was told by several employees that it was required by corporate and to come in and sign the paper work. Mind you I was a Rent A Center customer who was transferred to Buddy’s after they bought out the Cleveland location. Upon going to the store to sign for this “mandatory “ insurance I read it and it’s not a requirement. I explained that I did not authorize them to charge my card for the $3.65. They agreed to credit my next payment for fees I had incurred with my bank. That didn’t happen when I called to ask why I was assured it would be Fixed. My account still was not taken care of. After serious consideration I decided to return the furniture and just keep the original product I had gotten from RAC. As I type this i am on day 2 of waiting for the furniture to be picked up. I was selling my old Bedroom furniture on marketplace, one of their employees told me they wanted to buy it and to hold it as he got off of work at 7. They later didn't call, didn't show and didn't have the respect or courtesy to respond when I messaged the next day after not selling it at his request. *My point....#1 if I was getting rid of furniture might I want to buy new furniture from a local store? #2 Why would I ever buy from a company who's employees treated me this way in the 1st place. Food for thought....... There are other furniture stores in the area....and yes I will be buying a complete bedroom set from one of them......but...
