Visited the Team Store by the Club seats during the game on May 4. Found some nice items to take home--a stuffed Slider, soft baseball for my dog, and an insulated travel mug. I loved the look of the mug, had all sorts of Guardians prints on it. I was highly disappointed though when I took off the sticker. It peeled off some of the print. Team shops, you should reconsider placement and/or material of your drinkware stickers. My travel mug design is sadly ruined. I tried to carefully remove the sticker after soaking it, still no luck. I contacted Fedex and am told via virtual assistance it's pending, there's no additional information. I called the team store and they initially couldn't even find my transaction. I was told I must have bought it from mlb.com (which I should have). I said no, my bank statement says Cleveland. After much hold time, it was finally located in their records and their response was the same as FedEx's—that they have no control over my order once the shipment leaves their store.
