If zero stars were an option I wouldn’t have selected any. beyond baffled by the treatment of ticketing sales associates. I was hung up on, spoken to rudely and when my husband called back to purchase club tickets for the playoff game as a birthday present (since we drove all the way to Cleveland from Buffalo) the associate refused to give seating information. Anytime we asked what row in the section, all they kept saying was “do you want to lock that in” !? How can I lock something in when I don’t know the details?! I gave them the benefit of the doubt when we were “disconnected”, I was taken back by the treatment of the second call and just down right infuriated and felt violated by the third call. I’ve never been spoken to in that matter, and this is coming from a person who’s a New Yorker. I’m not being soft, and I hate writing a bad review. However, I refuse to let this one go without an acknowledgment. Your entire organization depends on we the people who support the team and the city. Imagine driving over three hours and booking a hotel, taking time off from work all to be thrown away by the miss treatment from people behind a phone. I’ve tried to get a hold of someone several times and left messages to rectify this matter and I’ve received no acknowledgment. Read moreWent to the game last evening against the Clippers, was excited that I would be able to visit the team shop and FINALLY get a customized jersey for my brother for his birthday, considering the price is high at 140 for a customized jersey, I had visited the website and it said that there was a 30 off customized jersey sale. So while at the team shop I was told by the associate that they would not be able to honor the promotion that it is only available on the website. but on the website there was not any form of restrictions or shown that it was an online only offer. I was not pleased, considering the amount of money over the course of the season i have spent in that arena. Shame they would not do the customer service route of taking care of me and honoring it. It puts a bad taste in my mouth. I will be attending more games in the future, but unfortunately the team shop will no longer gain anymore of my hard earned money in the team shop. Mediocre product on the floor i guess runs to mediocre customer service within the organization....
Read moreSo I called today to get seats for my mother and I that’s wheelchair accessible. On the phone I pressed the appropriate number and was connected to someone. They said it was the wrong department. They transferred me to someone else. I got transferred 5 times. On the sixth transfer I hung up. Everyone I spoke with the attitude of that’s not my job. It’s like I was asking for a secret formula or something. I just wanted tickets with wheelchair access. Very disappointing experience.
