Our family had dinner March 15th on East 4th Street at Blue Agave outdoor patio. Kept getting interrupted by "street vendors" selling candy bars. One of the "vendors" wore a sweatshirt that said "Support your local Dealer". Also got cussed at by a beggar when I would not give him any money. We will spend out money elsewhere. I will also tell people to avoid East 4th street. You folks really need to police...
