We swung by here when we were in Cleveland for business. The lady who showed us around and gave us all kinds of great information was amazing and I really wish I could remember her name. She was super informative and was so thrilled and excited about Cleveland that it made us super excited as well. From Start to finish.....getting in at airport .....a wonderful man in a town car gave us a ride to our hotel!! So polite and nice....the Schofeild a Kimpton property had great front desk and bellmen......friendly .....efficient and kind........from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame .....to Indians BB ....to Browns game .....the people of Cleveland were super friendly ........We enjoyed our stay and will be back!! ...
