After 4 months I have to amend this review. To say that I am displeased is an understatement. I have been running into problems since I had my roof done by ServPro South Atlanta with Carl as the project manager. Initially things were great, but as time went on I had to deal with leaks and such. Had an inspection done and found out that his crew that did the job horrendously, they improperly nailed down roofing material patched other areas while having old damaged/wet material underneath, had no sheeting installed underneath roll roof and improperly reframed broken areas leading to sagging and exposure. I had to have another roofing company come out and actually repair the damage properly by installing a completely new roof instead of covering it up. If given a choice, I will rather do the repairs myself by watching YouTube videos and never work with ServPro again. My trust in this company has been completely shattered. The only thing that was done satisfactorily was the water mitigation, and new flooring installation. The only reason I gave them 2 stars. Pictures will be posted soon.

This is the best by far. I used to work in the multifamily industry and we have had apartment fires which took ages to fix. Servpro had our house fire repaired in about two weeks. The quality of the work is amazing, the staff is professional, the cleaners they sent were incredible! They went above and beyond to make our home look like it did before the unfortunate fire.

Even though we are the renters they treated us as if we owned the house and took such good care not to disturb the dogs.

Thank you servpro and everyone they sent. You guys were amazing! Thank you for understanding the stress level of what happened and taking such great care to make sure everything was done properly. We can't thank you guys enough for the peace of mind we have because of your great work.

Thank you to the HVAC subcontractor company that cleaned the HVAC system and ducts. Y'all did a great job and the smell of burnt wood is gone from our home.

It took a village and they sent one. The cleaners Iris, Roxana, and Adriana are truly amazing and worked very hard to make sure the house was free of any smoke damage and went above and beyond to clean the mess from the fire. You ladies are Superwomen!

I serve as the Senior Pastor of Greater Church in Stockbridge, Georgia. Following the recent hurricane in Georgia, our church sustained significant water damage. We contacted ServePro of South Atlanta for assistance, and they promptly sent two representatives, one of whom was named Ethan, to assess the damage and provide a quote.

During their visit, they cut multiple holes in our walls, removed all the baseboards, and assured us that a team would return that evening to begin water remediation. However, no one arrived as promised. Later that night, we received a call informing us that they were too busy and would send someone the following day. Unfortunately, the next day also passed without any follow-up or action from them.

Despite the additional damage caused by their initial assessment, we have made numerous attempts to contact ServePro via phone, text, and email, but have received no response. We have since hired another company to address both the original water damage and the harm caused by ServePro’s assessment. ServePro has not provided any official quotes, documentation, or returned our calls.
