California Nail Salon Colorado Springs CO — Attraction in Colorado Springs

I knew better! I couldn’t get into my nail tech so decided to give this place a try….I scheduled with the owner online (I figured if he was the owner, he’d have good experience) I did set my appointment online and said I’d get a confirmation call never received one so I showed up anyways cause when I called it said I’m busy call back later unable to leave a message When I show up, I sign in and then a lady comes up to me and tells me oh we did not confirm your appointment but we will fit you in. A little bit of my apprehension was relieved when he started because he did apply my nails quickly as someone with lots of experience would, however he had somebody else do some of his work and then when he filed my nails, he made my cuticles bleed three times because he’s going so fast rushed. Honestly, if it was gonna be like that, you guys could’ve just told me to come back. I could go into so much more detail who wants to read all that I should’ve known the huge warning signs when I asked for a sugar nail and he had no idea what that was in the end took three hours to put on file and polish for one sugar nail and a couple stones. No, I will never go back. The nails are thick. She asked me if I wanted her to file them down and I was done. I said no I just wanna go home, I thought this one was gonna be a good one but...

I did not have a good experience at all. I went in yesterday to get a full set. (What I wanted is included in picture). The woman who did my set would not help me pick a color that would work, did not offer me any advice, and then blamed the final result on the color I chose??? (I asked for help but was told verbatim that I pick the color and she does the design). I went back today to try to have the nails re done, and she basically told me what I wanted could not be done (why even try in the first place because now I am out $70?) and she could fix them by painting them all one color (It definitely is possible because I went right over to another salon, showed them the picture, received help picking a gel color, and got what I asked for——picture included). I’m giving two stars because they were willing to redo them for me if I came back an hour later but I did not want them to end up the same again so I went somewhere else. I honestly don’t even know how they thought my nails looked good and let me leave like that. OK so I’m usually not one to do this but I was very disappointed yesterday. Let me start off by saying yes I did show up at 6:30p which was 30 minutes till closing, and asked for a pedicure. Mind you I did call ahead of time and made sure it wasn’t an issue, needless to say I left unhappy. I paid for a “number three special pedicure.” Which advertised at $42. It was supposed to come with a scrub fruit flavor of your choice, pretty sure hot towels, and a five minute massage. (Maybe the hot stones)maybe that one was the next one up but somehow between two colors in gel my price skyrocket to $65! I never received a scrub flavor of my choice she picked It definitely didn’t get a five minute massage on my feet or foot, and for sure, never received any hot towels. Still boggles my mind how my price was $65 when it started off at $42 she tried to say that gel polish is more but that’s a little ridiculous that is almost $20 more for gel polish. Had I known that I would’ve never chose gel polish, but she never stated the huge price difference . Other than that the shop is very clean staff seem very friendly. Massage chairs are amazing....
