614 Lash Bar — Attraction in Columbus

I liked this place until my last fill. I booked with Erin because I had to reschedule my appointment with the person I went to prior (Katie) due to a health issue from long COVID. Erin was extremely rude and obviously annoyed as soon as I got there, asking why I had rescheduled a few appointments (albeit within the cancellation timeframe policy and with other stylists). Erin even stated it was NOT an issue with me not following their policies. I followed them. I arrived on time for this one appointment I had with her, but I felt attacked as soon as I walked in. I also explained that I have long COVID memory/chronic health issues and wasn’t even sure what she was talking about (since I had followed their policies). After the appointment, i knew I’d never book with Erin again, but I tried to book with someone else. That got denied, and I’ve been blocked from online booking. I didn’t even like the fill either - it left them looking obviously fan-like and fake. When I had them filled two weeks later somewhere else, the esthetician said they were all clumped and glued together and it took her quite some time to fix and damaged some of my lashes. . And their response to my review is ridiculous. I hate to leave a bad review (most of my other reviews have been 5 stars), but this place unfortunately...

I had a lash lift done here for the first time by Andrea. I was excited considering I have had them done in past years and they always turned out great. I made a huge mistake. After the first week my lashes were so crimped at the ends it was impossible to wear makeup and looked nothing like the curl eyelash lifts are suppose to give. I respect the beauty industry and used to be apart of it, so I always tip 20 percent or over the service was already one of the highest price points I've seen for an eyelash lift. That made me think more so it would be of upmost quality. I was very wrong still after 4 weeks my eyelashes look scary and mascara isn't even an option or using an eyelash curler. When I reached out after much debate in my head to see if they could be relaxed a little which I know is an easy and possible fix. I was told I would be charged for a mistake made by her that I already paid for. Oh well lesson learned now I just hope my eyelashes get back to normal...

I just want to warn people that you might book one price and get charged another. That is what happened to me. I thought maybe I made a mistake but when I went back to check, the price was still what I booked at. Also, my service lasted about an hour for a FULL set. Then my tech tried to say that it didn't take very long because of the amount of lashes I had... Ha! I have had people say my lashes are beautiful without extensions. I like extensions because I'm a young mom that likes to look put together without constantly having to put makeup on and take it off. It's been a little over 3 weeks and I have no lashes left, really haven't had any for about 2 weeks. Many places offer a fill at three weeks because you should still have lashes.
