Very kind person and the perm she used did not burn my scalp HOWEVER!!!!!!! I CAME TO DALONDA FOR 3 RELAXERS, COMING EVERY 5 WEEKS, MY HAIR KEPT GETTING THINNER AND THINNER...I found out why, on the third visit I noticed when she does the perm she takes a lot of the hair at the same time and pulls it apart ripping my hair and when she does a style a lot of hair comes out...This last time, when I noticed that the hair was being ripped, I told her and she still kept ripping my hair, so I said please don't style my hair. When I went home, I examined my hair and my hair was broken and she had burned the hair on back of my head...That's why she was pushing for a style, she kept saying you need a style because she was covering up what was being done to my hair.
