I recently had a rather disappointing experience with this company, due to the rude and unhelpful behavior of some of the staff members, specifically Morgan and Kathleen. I was taken aback by their lack of professionalism and their disregard for treating guests and staff with dignity and respect.
Customer service is an essential aspect of any successful establishment, and unfortunately, this venue fell short in that regard. It is disheartening to witness staff members who only seem to act appropriately and respectfully when they are aware of your identity. As an observer, it was eye-opening to see how differently they treated some compared to others.
Based on my encounter, I cannot recommend using this company to others. It is essential for a business to consistently provide a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests, regardless of who they are or their reason for being there. Sadly, my experience suggests that this is not the case here.
If you are seeking an event that prioritizes exceptional customer service and treats all individuals with kindness and respect, I would advise considering other options. Read moreShady, irresponsible, and unsafe. Venu refused to cancel a show during pouring rain and active lightning. Forecast showed lighting and rain 100% until 4am. Rain is one thing but threat of active lighting is unacceptable.
Doors were originally scheduled to open at 5:30pm and the venue posted to patrons to "check back every 15 minutes for updates" then ghosted patrons (standing in pouring rain and lightning!!) for more than 1 hour. They went as far as to remove the original statement and rephrase to "check back periodically" before finally posting "doors at 8pm".
When confronted about this situation the box office made it abundantly clear that they don't care about their patrons' safety and refused to let me speak with mgmt.

But it is in mine, and I'm sure other's opinions that the "no free cups for water" policy is outrageous. I am at a PACKED concert on a 97° day. There is free water, but catch is you have to buy one of their $6 bottles of water to refill. I shouldn't come to a venue and have to worry about passing out from heat exhaustion because of the company's corporate greed. Way to put your patron's health and safety before your financial thirst.
