North Bank Park Pavilion — Attraction in Columbus

Had a great time at our event. The view from the venue is stunningly beautiful! However, a few of the staff members that were working the event were just horrible people.

I was using the restroom at the end of the event and became locked in for almost 30 minutes because they didn't check to see if the restrooms were clear before locking! I could have been locked in there for days since my phone had just died! Luckily, one of the guests from our event heard me banging on the barn door as they were leaving(that they skid closed and locked) and made sure to grab someone to open it! I was very fortunate they had been caught in conversation with someone and walked by the restroom area on their way home. When I said something to two of the staff members, they were complete @holes about it and acted like I was the problem. It was an inexcusable action that never should have happened! I will never attend another event at this location and I will make sure my company, my friends/colleagues companies and any other business owner I speak with will do the same. The person whom committed the action of locking the door, therefore locking me in, didn't even have the character or decency to apologize to me. It was inexcusable...

❎Water play areas (Wet kids/animals riding home in your nice car, and/or complaining about being wet the rest of the day)

❎Events may be held, so depending on the day, some areas might be off limits to visitors.

❎If concerts are being held in the area, it may become quite crowded and/or loud. This could be a problem for pets or people who have sensory problems.

We had our wedding reception at North Bank Park Pavilion and it was absolutely beautiful. The space has a gorgeous industrial vibe that we fell in love with, and the view of the city skyline was stunning, especially as the sun set. It created the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening.

All of our guests raved about the venue and we had such a great time celebrating there. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, making everything run smoothly from start to finish.
