The employees here are RACIST! My boyfriend and I went in about an hour after opening, my boyfriend proceeded to the bathroom and I began to shop, while he was in the bathroom a male employee began looking under the stall asking "is everything ok"? (How is this ok) Afterwards he met me in clothing where I was being followed by another employee (older women) we proceeded to furniture constantly being watched by the older women employee she kept walking past every aisle we were in speaking into her walkie talkie. I should mention I have worked for this company (not this particular store) for six years so I knew exactly what they were doing and I was fed up! we proceeded to checkout where the same male employee (from the bathroom) rummaged through every particle we were purchasing shaking the clothing even opening our box of cups taking every single one out and shaking the box, This is how they treat customers who had just spent $150 in their store it was the most ridiculous and embarrassing moments I have ever experienced. I hate to mention both employees were white and my boyfriend is of Hispanic descent I don't know what other reason they had to believe we...

They upgraded the style and taste of the jewelry selection and the jewelry department which I was really impressed by. Not only was I impressed but a few other customers I had noticed we're just as shocked as I was from the quality jewelry they sell now. There is so many different men & women's styles colors of jewelry to choose from! Whom ever is selecting the jewelry for this location is on point now 👏👏. A lot of the name brands they are selling is a fraction of the cost and affordable (I looked up the direct website for my necklace) 👍🏽🙌. From my perspective, this store - as with so many others - is experiencing supply chain problems in some areas. Women's clothing is obviously in seasonal transition, as is mens wear, but the big gaps are in the home goods. If you've relied on this store chain and it's contemporaries for upscale cookware or china I'd suggest waiting a few months until the holiday season kicks in.
