I have to say in the past 2 years I've never had a bad experience here even when it was busy. I shop here because the sales & rewards points (credit card or members card/Oldnavy cash coupons )you can get are well worth the discount to shop to get those pricy pants you've been eyeball'n. I come here to all so see the quality of the item before I buy cheaper at times on the website lol. If you pay attention to the sales etc. You can save a lot $$$👌🏽. I had a child a year ago and I was very nervous to come in and try on jeans for the first time in a year. I grabbed a variety of sizes and when I tried them on I realized none of them fit me. To my surprise, the fitting rooms now have a tablet that shows what you have and you can request different sizes. I requested other sizes and the worker brought them to me quickly, she was wonderful!
