This place was a life saver for me! My battery was getting old, so I had Apple do a routine battery replacement, and somehow they completely broke my phone. I had it backed up with iCloud, but there was still some stuff not synced and the Apple tech returned the phone with the battery disconnected, so the Apple staff at the front of the store said I would be getting a new iPhone but there was nothing they could do to recover the data because the phone "wouldn't start".

I took the phone home, hooked the battery up, and got it to turn on, but the screen was dead. I was so close to getting my data back. I only had 5 days to get the phone back to Apple to replace it, so I called around locally asking if any techs could sell me a new screen. One place said no, but then I called ISmartFix and he was super helpful and willing to just sell me the part. And for a really great price too!

I was able to get my phone working again and backed up all my data. Apple was no help and if it weren't for ISmartFix and their willingness to sell me parts directly I would have lost all that data. All Apple had to do was replace the screen for me, but instead they took the easy option and just tried to give me a new phone with no way to recover any data outside of iCloud. I can't believe how bad of an experience Apple themselves gave me and how much more helpful ISmartFix was!

Wasn't really happy with the repair they did, I mean I was at first, but later on that day I was getting a haircut and I was using my phone happy with the screen without cracks then my phone fell into my lap.... But I was still holding the back of it... He didn't glue or tape it back on and not only that I used to get service everywhere now I don't get service at work and I cant go more than 5 feet away when connected to bluetooth when I used to be able to go downstairs and into the bathroom and still be connected I'm not exactly sure what he did or what happened but my phone worked perfectly before him "repairing" it. The back is broken now so I have to order a new one now and put that on before water or something gets in it and breaks it further. for charging 130 bucks I would hope he'd be able to put the glass on Im not trying to be mean or anything but this was like a 700 dollar phone all it need was new glass because I dropped it now it needs a new back and I have to figure out how to fix my bluetooth and cell signal. I'm doing all my repairs myself now like I used to I just didn't want to take the time to do it I was busy but I guess Im gonna have to start making time for it when I need too. He was on the other hand nice and everything so...

I came in a couple weeks ago with a broken Iphone 8 screen, the screen I revived after almost an hour wait, was a cheap screen that wasn’t connected correctly. The screen was never completely finished and caused my screen to stop recognizing my fingerprints and would completely stop working so I could only use my home button. The phone stopped recognizing the SIM card 2 days later and continued to not connect to cellular data. I had to go to the Apple store to then see if there was anything they could do hoping it wasn’t the screen that was messed up but possibly the battery. Once they got my phone in their hand they instantly knew it was a cheap screen and when it was connected to my phone they messed up on attaching it. The screen Itself wasn’t even glued in and I replaced my case with an otter box defender and my phone fell once and cracked again. To pay 100 dollars on a cheap screen that still broke less than 10 days later, that doesn’t recognize my fingerprints and after paying, not even get a receipt this was completely unsatisfying.
