Make sure you check the price tags twice in this location We bought a pair of cleats thinking It was 40% off . We later discovered there was another tag inside which was $60 lower than What we paid for. We went back to get our money back. We were just expecting An apology and a refund until came the shift manager from hell. We had to fight to get our refund. The female manager on duty gave us all kind of annoying vibes which . made us feel very uncomfortable .

She mumbled a few times . ,no apologies, no eye contact And very reluctantly gave us the difference. It was not a hand out lady. It is the Law that you sell the product for the sticker price .

Went shopping after vacation on 08/20, store was not busy mainly customers walking around. What I did notice is only one employee offering to help customers on the floor. There were three employees by the front entrance talking and behind the register. I decided to keep looking to get shoes for myself and children. I ended up with 7 boxes of shoes and not once did any employee offer to help me or even carry a box to the register. Even when I got to the register no one asked how my shopping experience was, yet they were focused on talking to their colleague. Needless to say the customer service was very poor. Don’t trust the person who answers the calls on this store!!! My husbandcalled Sunday afternoon asking if when will the sale ends and the employee says it ends on Tuesday. I even called again a few hours after that to make sure that it’s really Tuesday coz we are almost 3 hrs away and we don’t wanna waste our gas in going there and getting nothing. Guess what?
