ALL the issues! We ordered a couch, coffee table, bedroom set (bed, dresser, nightstand) and an extra night stand in AUGUST. Around $6000 worth of furniture. Told they had everything but the nightstand so we could wait and get everything Sept. 27th. Sure (We were waiting on a carpet replacement from our landlord anyway). Get a call a few days before, they need to push back to Oct. 4th. Ok sure (our landlord decided to do our carpet on September 27th anyway so he wouldn't have issues). Today comes. NO call, text, email, nothing. We call at 10:30 am to figure out delivery time. Lady says our order is scheduled for delivery on NOVEMBER 21ST!?!?!?! IM SORRY đ¤Ź. Apparently they're waiting on the couch! SO now they have the nightstands but gave away the couch we already paid for?!? What kind of inventory management is that.... They are now delivering everything EXCEPT the couch next week and we get to live two more months no couch and our refund?...$400.... WOW thanks đ. Also went on to find the dimensions of our bedframe because we didn't get it today and I needed to order something else for the room. Their website is down... Tried on mobile and laptop, network and wifi, different browsers and finally called customer service. THEIR site is down too! And no one can even tell me the dimensions of this bed! My friends had delivery/inventory issues too when they ordered and I thought well maybe it was a fluke... No I think it's definitely them now! đ¤
UPDATE!!! 12/21/23 This Company is a SCAM!!!!! Purchased a 3 piece sectional mid August and was told it was in stock and would be delivered on Sept. 27th (WAS NEVER TOLD THIS IS A TENTATIVE DATE!). They called a few days before to let us know it would be another week, Oct. 4th (AGAIN never told tentative). On October 4th, no call so we called them! The sectional was then NOT available until NOVEMBER 21st!?!? November 21st, no call again, they say its not available till Dec. 11th..... We get a call a few days before, it's now Dec. 22nd. Got a call two days ago to confirm delivery.... Got a call today to inform us the sectional has a new TENTATIVE delivery of Dec. 30th!?!?! This company is a SCAM! They will take your money and do not deliver (LITERALLY). The customer service is a ZERO! They are annoyed and have an attitude the minute they answer the phone. When you tell them this they will let you know that they're not raising their voice. You don't have to yell to have attitude... The won't let you finish your sentence and will interrupt when they see fit. When you get upset over this, they'll let you know that raising your voice is not an adult conversation. Neither is constantly interrupting me and not letting me ask a question just to repeat yourself for the 100th time. FOUR months and no end in site. You pay them to be the liaison between you and manufacturer, but they do NOTHING. They tell you that "that's not how it works" or "that's our company policy" for every question or statement you have.    Read moreLet me start by saying how much I love American Signature Furniture. I have been shopping there since I moved into my first apartment in 2005. Typically I shop at the location by West Colonial, but since I moved to Lake Nona, I decided to give this location a shot. I visited this location with my son September 30, 2018 because I promised him he could pick out his new mattress. Jimmy was our salesperson. I'm not a fan of sales people that hover so when he showed my son two mattresses to consider I told him I'd let him know and to give us a little time alone for my son to lay on each. My 10 year old was so excited when he chose his mattress, but I decided to give myself time to think. I told Jimmy, that I'd be back because I wanted to buy (2) mattresses. I called the store the next day to place my order over the phone because I notice they were only $369 each. They said in order to save on the delivery fee, come back to the store.
That same week I went to the store on October 5, 2018. Less than one week, they changed the price by only $20 each. I asked Jimmy if he could honor the previous price since it must have changed a day or two ago. He acted very weird and afraid to go to customer service to ask for me. I said, it's not that serious, I'll ask. Customer service was willing to do it, but I didn't have the screen shot of the previous price and asked Jimmy to ask the Manager.
This is when things go left. I see Jimmy asking the Manager. Then he looks at me and they go around the corner so I can't see them talk. The Manager Tom Bradley comes over to me really smug and says "I understand you want to purchase a mattress" I politely replied yes and I explained that I'd actually like to purchase two and since its only been a few days would he mind adjusting the price.
Instead of politely saying, he can not. He decides to be a jerk and says "If this were a gas station, could you ask them to adjust the price of gas" .
Totally RUDE, unacceptable and disgusting. I said there is no reason to go there. If the answer is no then its no. Talking to customers like that is not professional and I will not deal with that. I start walking out the store and he continues to follow me out the store to reiterate his smart mouth question. That's when I said I'll report you to your corporate office. He refuses to give me his full name. I asked another sales associate there. They gave him is name.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. ESPECIALLY if you are African American. He had an issue with my girlfriend and I before even speaking to us, so I can only imagine he doesn't speak to other people that aren't black like this. It's very unfortunate and disappointing because I've been a loyal customer for years. If you do, DO NOT BUY from TOM BRADLEY or JIMMY. They are disgusting sales people that do not treat customers appropriately.

   Read moreMy girlfriend and I were starting our journey for a couch here. We were greeted by Sandro who helped point us in the right direction to find what we were looking for. Asking us broad questions to help us find the right section. Then allowed us to go explore. Very welcoming and helpful.
There is a wide selection of varying sizes, colors and fabrics, and price points. We browsed around and Sandro came back around to check on us. Answered all questions we had about fabrics available, couch configurations and the like. Gave us some additional information about delivery times for certain colors. How delivery vs pickup would work. And other knowledge based on his experience we would want to know but not necessarily know to ask.
We still wanted to look around and he gave us the space to explore and talk to each other without feeling any pressure. After coming to a decision and seeking more info we went and got Sandro as he was very easy to approach and talk to.
We went through what we wanted and he explained what to expect in detail. Sandra took us to see other couches based on our conversations about our living area and wants. He showed us a couch that we probably wouldn't have considered but really hit a lot of our wants. It was obvious he was listening to our wants during all of our conversations.
We had a lot more to think about and consider now. All in a good way. We needed to measure if the media style couch would work in our area. Which after going home and measuring it did not. Even though we did like the couch Sandro showed us more. It just didn't work for our space.
So we ended up going back and getting the couch we first asked about as the dimensions, look and feel worked for our family. We did end up having to order it, as we wanted specific color variations they offered.
Sandro took great care of us, set very honest expectations of delivery and really listened to both of us. I also really liked that he addressed my girlfriend. Often when my girlfriend asks questions, the rep will respond to me. It happens a lot. Sandro was kind and treated both of us with respect. It never felt salesy and Sandro was there to help us find the couch for our needs. Full stop. He showed us other couches, sure , which fit our desires. That's not sales, that's active listening which will beat the best sales pitch out there every time.
If you're looking for a couch. I highly recommend asking for Sandro.
They also have awesome dining tables and art. We checked out a lot of the art and may come back for a few pieces. We didn't check out any of the bedroom area but there were tons of options...
