Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s Boating Center — Attraction in Duluth

I have had my boat serviced here every year since 2003. I moved to North Georgia in 2020. In late September, my boat broke down on the water and a kind boater towed me back to the marina. I knew it was going to be a major repair. There is a Mercury authorized service center 500 yards from the marina in Hiawassee. I toyed with the idea of letting them work on my boat, but decided to tow it over 100 miles to the Tracker Marine because I felt more comfortable. I'm glad I did. Went here to purchase my first firearm after I turned twenty one I waited in cue at the line for at least 45 minutes to an hour to be helped. There was at least five associates looking at one customers rifle and they would look at me and not even ask me a question I truly don’t know why they wouldn’t help me I was the only person in the line and the only customer there was the guy with the rifle! Couldn’t at least one associate help me?!? I've been wrong a few times in my day and, boy, I was wrong about the BPS service department. I've had a boat for years and always avoided the Bass Pro Service Center because I thought I had a better place. Wow. I was wrong. The folks here are great, the prices are good and the lead times are weeks less than other places.

I can't tell you how good it is to get the call and find out the total cost is much less than what I thought it would be. Plus, it was done a few days earlier than the quoted lead time.
