Bricks & Minifigs Orlando South — Attraction in Oak Ridge

Went to this location with an already quoted priced for a Lego set I wanted to sell spoke with a lady who sound just like the one I interacted with with the exact same mannerisms as the person on the phone . Was quoted 90-110 for a Lego bionical set for 50th anniversary we even confirmed it was the right set as it was the bionical guy who was green with gold trim armor and such .Upon arrival was told that they would offer me significantly less than quoted .even though they confirmed it would be the amount mentioned earlier and that they would sell it for 200$ ish really upset that she seemed to try and blame it on someone else it when it was obviously her who messed up on the phone . I understand if they have limits on the amount they can offer but I don't appreciate being lied to especially after driving 30 min out of my way on my day off just to be told something else from what I assume is the the same person . Felt very scummy like they were trying to rip me off.

Update : since they replied like I said before they tried to pin it on someone else even though I'm sure it was the same person I spoke to on the phone . I understand you have your percentage of what you buy it for but the fact that she lied to me was not professional and then tried to put the blame on one one else was not appropriate. The set was brand new sealed and I was given a quote from that individual so I'd expect they would stick with the quote . I'm not upset that I was offered less than expected I'm upset that they lied about it and then lowered the amount they originally offered and then tried to lie about who messed up and that they probably pulled up the wrong set after confirming it...

Absolutely perfect! We had my sons 7th birthday here, and it was the best decision ever. I decided to go with a hosted party. The host was amazing. I later found out that she is an elementary school teacher, so of course she’s perfect. She kept the kids engaged, and the party on track. The room is beautiful, so even though I had purchased decorations (they can provide decorations if you want them to), I wound up not using them, because the room was perfect. I had the option of having them provide pizza, and the pizza was really good. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. I spent less money than I did last year at a party I had at an outdoor park, where I finished stressed out and tired. Here, I paid, thanked the host and the management team profusely for their service, and left feeling completely relaxed. Best...

I brought in a bunch of sealed Lego sets - and a couple of built sets - that needed someone to enjoy them. The staff here are super friendly and the manager, Maria, is the best. I was offered a fair price for my sets and I am very happy with the entire experience. The store itself is amazing, with lots of sets, minifigs, and pieces for sale.
