I bought a purse, notebook and wallet from this location all separate times. I actually live in texas and was looking for a particular style and I called around 5-7 other locations before another location directed me to this one stating they had the style and color I wanted. This location has exceeded my expectations with customer service! other locations have been short with me, and unhelpful in terms of helping me locate the style and color I wantedâstraight up unwilling to help saying it was sold out everywhere and to give up. This location has never made me feel I was a bother, or asking too many questions. theyâve always had a warm and inviting tone & attitude. Despite being in texas I exclusively want to shop here and wait for the delivery because their customer service is seriously that good! It also seems to be a less traffic location that tends to hold onto new styles longer compared to the locations nearest to me. Thank you Coach Outlet at...
Read moreI love shopping at all the COACH outlets, and it is because they are so dogfriendly. I was traveling with my 2 little dogs, and I stopped by this store location real late at night during the week. Luckily, as I was hoping, the store wasn't busy. The ladies at COACH were so friendly, helpful, and gave my pups, even the yappy one, so much attention. I purchased a tote bag and it was an additional 20% off, yeah!! I made a comment to the lady who was helping me with my purchase about how COACH doesn't sell ladies belts, and she informed me that the men's belts can be cut to my size and she can measure me. I didn't know that. Unfortunately, I didn't like the buckles on any of the belts. I also love the Delaware NO sale tax!! It was such a fun visit at COACH. I will definitely come back and shop here the next time I visit...
Read moreMy daughter visited your store today to purchase her very first Coach bag with the money she worked hard to earn all summer. Unfortunately, her experience was far below what one would expect from a brand like Coach. At just 15 years old, she was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by the staff. She was not given her proper change, received sarcastic comments instead of helpful service, and even witnessed employees laughing afterwards while pretending they had assisted her. This behavior is unacceptable. A brand that prides itself on luxury and customer experience should be setting the standard for respect and professionalism, not making young customers feel belittled. Shame on your employees for their conductâit reflects poorly on the Coach name and discourages future customers...
