My coworker went today to get some products while I was waiting in the car and he was going to buy more things but ended up getting two things that he paid for and one item that was comp due to the issue that he encountered. 1st of all the 1st MOD basically did not cared what he had to say instead she made excuses after excuses. Lady I even noticed this I saw a large group of people walk in. Y’all had plenty of staff from what he told me yet y’all can’t hand a mini rush that occurred after they both walk in? He walked in before the female that walked in after he first entered the store so why y’all skipped him instead of being helped 1st online orders are priority. The reason y’all got busy is bcuz everyone being helped didn’t make up their mind on selecting they product plus y’all helped the lady who walked in after my coworker. When da female was in da walk in area. The person workin line 1 helped the female instead of checking if there was anyone waiting in the express one. Then that female took forever 2!!!! She walked out with her product before him really? At least the second manager made it up to him and he was fine afterwards but not me y’all stressed me. I made him take me across the street so I could get my own product there! Y’all lost a potential customer. I dnt want to deal with rude peoples and y’all have a bad fame so maybe in the future. I just thought you’d like the feedback and people be aware y’all might be skipped when it gets chaotic since I believe there was no radio communication when a rush occurs. Read moreThis rating would be a 5 star rating, but unfortunately i got really bad service for the second time again and i just don't appreciate it. All employees should be or give the same service jsut like everyone else does but they dont. I buy my extra curricular activity stuff not because i want to feel a high, I buy for medicinal reason so when you finally get up to the front of the line and are speaking to a Bud tender after waiting close to anyfrom 30 min to almost an hour to then be rushed and brushed off is not nice. I went in and spent a good chunk of change today just to bring home crap because the bud tender didn't want to really help ke out sucks. Just a warning not all bud tenders are lazy and not all are amazing either but one would hope they'd be a little more help especially when you spend more than a $100 in there. Not cool reef, not cool. My pains not gone and i sure as hell are not even close to being high eitherwhich is odd cuz thats its whole purpose I would think. Just make sure if you find a good bud tender keep them don't ever let them out your sight cuz these other kids man i just can't. But all in all Kim is a bud Tender there and she is AMAZING!
