I came in for a massage and I had a female doing my massage. I kept repeatedly telling her that she was applying too much pressure to my shoulder and neck that I was in pain and it was like she didn’t understand me and continue to press harder to the point where I had to tell her multiple times to stop because I was in so much pain and after I left, I noticed my shoulder and my neck, the two spots that she had applied too much pressure to were swollen and now having formed 2 large knots and to make matters worse every person that walked to the front desk in order to pay was asked how the service was but when I went up to the front desk, the man working there did not ask me how my massage was, and just simply told me to pay this is one of the worst massages I’ve ever had But I still tipped my masseuse but when she saw that I had given her a five dollar tip, she immediately started speaking Chinese to the gentleman and waving my five dollar tip in her hand as if I was cheap and inconsiderate of her time and had an attitude as she walked away. Little did she know I understand Chinese and I knew exactly What she said. DO NOT GO HERE unless you wanna be talked about and leave feeling worse then when you came. Edit: I just called the store and ask to speak to the manager and asked him if he would like me to come and show him my knots that have formed on my neck and shoulder, and he tried to Offer me his insurance for odd reason and told Me to go to a doctor. I have enjoyed going to this spot for about a year; my first ever time here was perhaps the best massage I had, but each time I’ve visited since has gotten more and more dull. I’m giving this place 4 stars, generously, because 1) I understand this is a hardworking small business and 2) I am a pretty introverted customer that has a hard time speaking up. My most recent massage here is what motivated me to finally write a review. I got a hour long couples massage, and my male masseuse did not use his hands once during my back massage. It was ONLY his forearm. His forearm was smooth with oil, my back was smooth with oil, and so the result of that was a 20-30 minute long back massage of two oily surfaces sliding against each other. There was no pressure, no sense of actually touching and pressing my back… it was just slick sliding. It was actually a really odd and weird feeling… I understand masseuses would want to use their forearm to apply pressure with their elbow, but he was not using his elbow as part of the massage. After the back massage, he actually started pressing and using his hands, and it felt very good. I have no idea why he wouldn’t use that skill on perhaps the most important part of a full body massage… I have never had a back massage like this ever in my time here, nor ever in life going to different places. Overall, I do not think I’ll go back to this place, given the abundance of other options in the surrounding area and I have finally realized that my experiences here have gotten unsatisfying visit after visit. If I could leave a zero star I would. Booked a massage a day before Valentine's Day for my wife. When she got there she said it smelled so bad and the person who was going to give her a massage just sprayed febreeze didn't even sanitize the area. I then went for a refund since my wife left the lady said it would take approximately 2 weeks it has been way more instead of being helpful the owner told me it's my banks fault not theirs and that I could do what I wanted with that. Worst customer service. My bank has provided me with bank statements showing how they began the process to refund and never refunded the money. Do not go here!! They will steal your money.

I am not being dishonest the owner is still arguing as he was sending me texts through his personal mobile number. The unprofessionalism is outrageous!
