My 2nd Excellent experience was on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 and today was my best day ever do you know why because of Manager Robert Greene along with his Assitant Dio.
The store again was very clean and organized The other store sales reps were friendly and helpful as well.
Today the manager Robert Greene again treated me with the best customer experience I’ve ever had.
Today manager Robert Greene gave me options as a first responder he offered me this amazing offer with First Net for first responders it includes getting a free Apple IWatch As part of this new program that they offer here at the AT&T store.
Let me describe to you my experience. My experience was a very short wait time with the upmost highest quality professionalism treatment that I have ever received in my entire life dealing with telephone companies.
I’ve had many bad experiences with T-Mobile and Sprint I’ve never been treated with the upmost respect.
Manager Robert Greene knows exactly how to communicate and deal with people of all types of attitudes. I observed manager Robert Greene multitask while still helping me and in a timely manner.
Manager Robert Greene helped me transfer my telephone and text and email data to my new phone and he was able to explain the charges honestly and that means a lot to me when a salesman is honest. He broke everything down to me step-by-step and that was a positive outlook to everything.
Manager Robert Greene seriously deserves a triple triple bonus with an increase in pay because he is like the Guru of AT&T because he knows how to communicate well with people. He’s highly professional and he knows how to get the customer what they need.
He’s also awesome and treats first responders Police officers extremely well with high professionalism.
I recommend this AT&T store to anyone as long as Robert Greene and his assistant Dio is working there your you would be sure to have top quality service above average above and beyond average. Manager Robert Greene is the eyes and ears of AT&T he understands it he knows the product well he knows exactly how to explain and break down complicated sequences that I could not understand he made everything simple like easy as pie.
I am so happy you know why because, I never had an apple Iwatch ever in my life for as long as I’ve owned Apple iPhone’s I’ve never owned an Apple Iwatch.
Today Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at around 3 PM today he made my dream come true. He made me the happiest person ever in this universe. I always wanted an Apple Watch.
Manager Robert Greene made my dreams come true with just offering me a new special offer that First Net customer first responder Police Officer get. I obtained a free Apple Iwatch and I’m in love and happy with my new Apple Iwatch.
We are in an economic hi inflation error with high gas and high food; I wouldn’t be able to buy an Apple Iwatch until like maybe another year but he made it possible and I am so thankful for that.
Just understand that Mr. manager Robert Greene is an amazing individual a kind hearted person with a big heart. AT&T this messages is for you give this man a triple bonus with a high raise because he is opening the door to more first responder police officers because of my excellent experience there will be more more customers coming by the store requesting manager Robert Greene and his assistant Dio; so please make sure that Mr. manager Robert Green is compensated well because he has made me a happy customer for the second time regarding a different electronic situation I am so happy!!!!!!

Read moreUPDATE 2023- Nothing has changed just much more hidden in some parts of the mall than usual !!! At Zara for instance— they have a serious pick pocketing problem that probably involves help from store security —-I believe Zara security staff helps their pickpocketing friends to find people to steal from. You can identify them —-they wander close for no reason, will carry a canvass bag to stuff with what they steal will randomly whistle between each other, to communicate. Will be with a fake partner or family unit - girlfriend/ wife with kids-all fake. I saw at least 5 groups of them at one time in Zara. If they linger look aimless wandering and to close to you——-they’re not there to shop and waiting for a moment you’re distracted. I believe the MALL management is no longer at the standards that previous managers used to have…. There seems to a huge drive to lose the mall to petty crime…..and it seems these managers have a disconnect in understanding what impact they’re friendships with crime will have for a community that wants to be accepted , taken seriously……..No one want to deal with it…. My business and others may just easily give up and go elsewhere.
This mall was once a wonderful place to shop. Something I always looked forward to. It’s no longer that. I haven’t felt safe in a long time. My friend was pickpocketed at this mall. Strange people approach me every visit I make, asking for money for metro fare or some excuse, which lends to a creepy reputation that discourages me from shopping there. That being said, I find reviews here are questionable. The “reviewers” seem to tout it as a great place to shop using words to appeal to people they think will be excellent future pickpocketing victims. I hope better management arrives and provides improved, legitimate security. It would be such a shame to lose this once lovely mall to petty thieves and what seems like a human...
Read moreRecently I came to the mall with my son to go the Apple Store. I am a wheelchair bound, 100% disabled veteran. We arrived in the parking lot to no handicap parking spots available. I can accept that, after all it is holiday time. However, I was almost thrown out of my chair because of the poor conditions of the parking lot pavement. Thank goodness there were two good samaritan men walking next to us. My son was devastated with what happened. He too was thankful to have the men next to us. We finally found the elevator and it was out of order! We then had to find another way into the mall court yard. After much going around in the parking lot, we found the entrance to the mall. My son, once again had a difficult time navigating my chair to the ramp into the entrance. I had to help him by holding open the door so he could push the wheelchair into the entrance door of the mall. I was quite surprised the doors were not electronic to open. This mall has done the bare minimum for the disabled members of America. I see this as a lack of care offered for the disabled in such a high scaled mall. I don't know how other wheelchair bound merchants manage in the parking lot; it was a nightmare for my son and me. I had to notify you about what happened to me. Thank goodness for the individuals who helped us. Otherwise, I would have been a major injury in the parking lot. Please get the lot repaired. Also make the elevator usable. Lastly, placing wheelchair accessible ramps signs in the parking lot would help identify wheelchair accessible ramps. Thank you for reading my letter.
