This has been my go to store since I met Bonnie, she is so sweet, caring, patient and knowledgeable; she helped me out from my first 5K and cheered me up on my first half and full; I call her my running Godmother. Sadly I had a bad experience in other Fleet feet branch, I was always running in pain and that almost caused me an injury. Bonnie helped me and my family with the right pair of shoes; then we got socks, percussion/recovery tools, anything I would need for fitness and running. I am very sad to find out that she doesn't work there anymore. I live far from the store and always made a special trip to see her. I do not think I will be back to the fleet feet, the only reason I was going to this location is the amazing customer service Bonnie provided us with. Read moreI had such a great experience here. This was my first time buying proper running shoes as I just picked up the hobby recently, let alone my first time in a Fleet Feet. The guy that helped me was cheerful, helpful, and patient. I got my feet measured and he was able to recommend the right category of running shoe based on my specific foot 'geometry'. Then he provided me with a few options and talked about some of the features of each shoe. He let me run around outside a bit with a couple of pairs when I couldn't decide. Never did I feel rushed to make a decision. He seemed to really enjoy his job. The place was packed which I think also speaks well of it, especially considering I got top notch service despite them being so busy. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Read moreOn 3/6/2020, at 12:12pm, I placed an order online for Hoka One One Bondi 6 shoes for pickup. At 1:15pm I received this message: Fleet Fleet: Very sorry but we do not have this color in a size 8 at this time. Me: Oh no, I'm sad to hear you don't have my size in the color that I want. I would just like to cancel the order. Thanks. Fleet Fleet: Yes we are sorry too. Sometimes inventory online is not completely correct.
Fast forward 4 days later and my $162.38 is still pending in my bank account so I call the store only to learn that my order wasn't cancelled on 3/6 as requested. I received an order cancellation text shortly thereafter and now I'm told I have to wait additional days before my money is released.
Kind of confused as to why my account was charged prior to confirming product availability, being that inventory online is not completely correct and why my order wasn't cancelled that day as requested. Is anyone really...
