GameStop — Attraction in Redlands

This is hands down the best GameStop I have ever been to. I came looking for a funko pop that they had just gotten and only had one. When I got there I asked if they still had it and they did but said they didn’t know where it was since they had just gotten a huge shipment and was still in boxes and they didn’t know if it was already out. Instead of that being the end of the conversation Candace immediately said “let me help you look for it and let’s find it.” Already amazing customer service. We didn’t find it on the floor so she went into the back and started looking through some boxes.

She came back out and said that she couldn’t find it but hadn’t gone through all the boxes but didn’t want me to wait. She took down my number and said she would call me. My son wanted a video game and so we decided to trust her and just get the game.

Here comes Tess who was absolutely so kind and very attentive. Not only did she help us out but she helped me pre order a game and was amazing with my son.

Suddenly Abby came out the back with Candace and they both went to go look for the Pop. Abby found it! Are you kidding me?! Three people with amazing customer service?! I will never go to another GameStop as long as they work there. They were all so kind and attentive. Not letting some boxes get in their way of...

I adore this Gamestop. I've been coming even before I was caught up on the current systems just to buy gifts for friends and the service has ALWAYS been exceptional. The newest crew is a perfect example of the excellence this company should expect from their employees.

John is able to handle any difficulties you might have and always has something funny or positive to say after a long day or when you're having difficulties with a product.

Lisa seems to come from a gaming wizard realm and knows the technical details of anything you could possibly inquire about and isn't afraid to tell you the hard truth about any games pros and cons and help you find something more personally suitable to enjoy.

Nina is my personal favorite (sorry John and Lisa) as she can always be found to be trying to give a great trade value and is the best to talk to if you ever have to call in over the phone. She doesn't know everything and isn't afraid to say so but will always find you the information you need with speed and diligence. I love how if you are new to some game or product she isn't hesitant to help you explore it until you've found what you need. Her positive attitude will forever be legend...

Haven't been to any GS store in a LONG time. Leveling up in life has taken time away from my ability to game it up.

Anyway, I came here knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase and I was lucky (considering the chip shortages and logistics issues) that my coming in here at a whim that this particular location had what I was looking for, a Switch. I purchased the Switch and two games without any hassle and was given lots of advice from both staff members about how to care for my newly purchased Switch.

While I don't game anywhere near as much as I do, my spawnlings have had much excitement about their new Switch and haven't been able to put it down. Good times 😃.
