I will say, first off, that my kids enjoyed this place. There are so many fun slides and play areas that we didn’t even get to check out the facility because it was VERY busy when we went (weekend). However, they need to work on managing and monitoring their play areas because there were numerous times when the older kids/preteens would be running around this place with foam blocks in their hands ready to throw it at anyone. They were also taking advantage of the slides and there was one slide, in particular, that they were hogging-this is one where you needed these blow-up tubes to sit in to go down the slide. A group of older kids were running up and down the slide constantly with the tubes, essentially, preventing other kids from going on it. My toddler and my friends’ child wanted to go down it, so once we got a tube the group of kids had no clue we were trying to go down. I had to ask them to move and to go up the stairs if they wanted to go down the slide again. They reluctantly listened, but I had to yell at them about two more times because, again, they kept running up and down the slide instead of using the stairs. This was so frustrating as a parent that there were no workers nearby to monitor/mitigate the situation. I feel like this is ridiculous that they do not feel the need to monitor certain high-traffic areas, such as the slides and the ball pit, where a lot of kids misbehave and take advantage. I am disappointed and hope that they make changes because I certainly would not want anyone else’s kids to get hurt or not have the chance to enjoy all of the play areas, just because there is no one there to monitor any...
Read moreWe visited on a Sunday afternoon, which might not have been the best idea. The place seemed very chaotic and a mess. They really need some extra staff, maybe one or two people on the floor during the weekend to help keep the place clean and more organized.
They have a really nice kitchen, school, doctor, tool set area where children can play if the stuff were actually there. Many of the kids would take all of the supplies out of the area and throw them wildly throughout the establishment. You’d find a loaf of plastic bread, a saw, and shopping cart randomly in the ball pit. Really should have some staff there to reorganize the stuff or limit the amount of stuff children remove from those play areas, because the parents definitely aren’t always following their children around and making sure they keep the place in order.
The place also didn’t feel very clean, I saw a small child pick up dirty used napkins off the ground in the play area and another picked up a used cough drop, which is just nasty.
I do understand it can be hard to keep these places clean and organized with like 100 kids and their parents running wild, which is why I’m simply just suggesting maybe one or two people of the staff come around to clean and organize maybe every hour or two.
I ended up giving this place 3 stars because overall, my toddler had a great time here, he enjoyed everything this place had to offer. I was just disappointed in the state of the establishment while we were there compared to all of the other indoor play areas we’ve been to. We might consider giving it a second chance during the week and see...
Read moreParents beware... This is a great place for your kids to have fun, but it can be crowded. I took my children here to meet up with a friend who was celebrating her daughter's birthday and it was on a Saturday afternoon. The place was extremely crowded. There were pretty much no cubbies to put our belongings in so we had to get bags out of our vehicles put our items in the bags and place them on top of the cubbies. Everyone is required to take their shoes off if you are going in the play area so keep that in mind and be sure that you bring socks. Children are supposed to bring socks that have a non-slip bottom such as the socks they receive at other play places, they do not give these socks with admission but you can purchase them. I didn't see anyone doing a lot of sanitation with the number of kids that were in the play place so I would consider that if you have children that might be sick or are easy to get sick. You may want to go at a time where they are not as busy. The bathrooms and the floors definitely needed some attention and I didn't see anyone making moves to do any cleaning of the bathrooms or the floors considering that there was a lot of wet feet coming into the building from the weather. It was fun and the kids had a great time but I would definitely choose a time when they are not as busy if you like for your kids to be able to enjoy without having to wait due to the number of children in the location. I'm not certain that I would take my kids back often but they did have...
