Orleans Bowling Center — Attraction in Spring Valley

It's a neat idea to have the bowling alley in the Hotel....but the casino on the lower level is smokey, unclean smelling atmosphere 👎👎....the food in The Whisk Cafe was great 👍👍 The Vegas Bowling Tournament was VERY POORLY OPERATED !!!! ON Monday, lanes 1-20 were oiled and lanes 21-52 were not , so, how can you have an even tournament? You can't!!! Absolutely Unbelievable, probably 15-20 fell to their A** as they approached the lane to bowl, some were injured and could no longer bowl to finish out the tournament. Ohhhh, Major Sandbaggers are allowed to bowl, unbelievable. I was a spectator, I noticed one team , ALL 4 HAD their earplugs in during the entire tournament, I guess so they wouldn't hear the many calling them Sandbaggers, Wow.....I noticed their handicap for 3 of the 4 was something like 105, 113 and 115 and ALL 4 bowled Approximately 40 to 75 pins above their average on ALL THREE GAMES, THEY FINISHED 2ND in the Tournament, bringing home approximately $2,000....Wow, the Tournament officials don't see it but Ray Charles AND Stevie Wonder can. Very Pathetic this goes on in a tournament of this...

Had a terrible short experience here...line was long and packed...the table we finally got to was completely filthy...no one cleaned it...there was left over food and drinks everywhere...the people next to us where disrespectful...the first incident i had with these people they're children kept touching the 200 dollar ball i had customized and paid for and that i own... we had forwarned them not to touch the balls we owned and we showed them where to house balls were located they gave us attitude about it...then they kept doing it so we decided to just keep our balls to our self only for them to completely sit in our area of bowling and give us attitude ... we never even got to bowl we ended up leaving didnt wanna push it with ignorance that they potrayed so we left and...

We did not even bowl! While waiting on the rest of our group to get to the casino we ordered a pizza and fries. We stood by the counter and waited. When we asked about our food 30 minutes later we found out they forgot to make the food. So it took another 10 minutes to finally get it. We were the only people there at the time. We asked to speak to the manager since it took 1 hour to get our food and that took another 30 minutes for him to come out.
