Honestly, honestly, the most awful experience I’ve ever had with a vendor. I was told my custom couches were going to be finished in two weeks. Another vendor quoted me $2000 less but said they would be six weeks so I went with encore. My mistake because it took almost an entire year to get my couches. They were done incorrectly several times, and still unsatisfactory in many ways by the time they arrived. So much of my time was wasted. I had to live without furniture for almost an entire year, which was so embarrassing anytime anyone came over. The measurements are still not correct, the couch was delivered with a giant scratch across it, it had the incorrect foam that I ordered, she would argue with me every step of the way because she could not follow the directions that I paid for. Lastly they damaged my wall during delivery, which they didn’t apologize for and refused to pay to fix. So now I have a scratched couch that is the incorrect height and a hole in my wall 10 months after I placed my order. Please look elsewhere very...

I was looking for a place to redo my sofa cushion and made calls to several upholstery shops in the area.. Encore was very helpful, friendly and even recommended some new colors a fabrics that I would have never thought of... I now have had my couch fixed and redone by them. Barstools, a dog bed, slip covers on some pieces of furniture to protect them from my dog!! Cushions outside by the pool, very cool design pieces put up on my walls and the installers were amazing. So happy w the work they did and the price I paid.. definitely will go back to them. 5 star all the way
