When I first bought my glasses in January, everything went well. But the frame busted on me About a week ago on aug 29 and I had to go get new frames. So I go in talk to the girl And told her. I needed new frames she got on the computer. Got my name up on the computer I told her I needed the new frame.She,said okay starts Punching buttons on the computer She said she'd be right back and she went to get my New frames Come back tells me My frames aren't in stock so I'd have to wait 2 weeks for them I said OK, then I told her you know, since I'm so rough on glasses I should probably get a XTRA pair. I asked her about different frames. So they weren't as flimsy. She brings me back different frames. That were a $100 more than the ones I had. I said okay.she has me choose which frames I want. I show her which ones, she says okay. I should have them within the 2 weeks.So I figured they would come in with my frames. She tells me she could do a little Something with the broken arm on the glasses I had so I'd have a pair of glasses to Wear while I was waiting that 2 weeks. I said okay. She goes back she does something and Bring them back to me and the arms on but it's loose on my head. But I figured I only have to wait 2 weeks so that's okay.A week later I get a text telling my glasses are Ready So I go in to pick em up thinking I'm getting my frames and the new pair of glasses but I get there and it's a different girl I have to talk to, sheTells me I don't have frames because they weren't ordered But I paid $423. For The glasses I got. I don't see how they're worth $423. I thought it was that much money Because I was getting the glasses and new frames.But no, it was only for the new glasses. And she tells me if I want the frames. I've got to pay another $100.That's when I told her this just wrong, Bottom line is, I was led to believe I was getting new frames and a new pair of xtra glasses since I stated specificly they're a xtra pair. So now I'm out 100. More and have to wait 2 more weeks for the frames I went in for in the 1st place and she gave me a 20% discount for my troubles. Now understand I'm disabled and use elec. wheelchair. Its a good 2 mi.ea.way from my house to store on very bumpy roads/sidewalks. Every bump is painful from lwr. back down left leg. so on top of the xtra pain it costs me another 85ish. $. I'm NOT HAPPY W/THE SITUATION. Its put more burden on me and my body cause She didn't order my frames which is what I went in for in the first place. The main reason why I came in. I don't like complaining. Read moreIf I could give a 0 star I would (Nellis location) my husband had a appointment at 4:30 pm . We walked in to front desk and said checking in , Leslie said have a seat . Minutes go bye and another tech came bye asking my husband if he had insurance . She had his insurance card in her hand , I said if u open the card it has his insurance info inside. She then goes back to Leslie at front desk , I walked to her and said if you look at my profile it’s the same ins I was just here recently. She then Tells me again have a seat , 20 minutes go bye and she calls my husband up again and tells him that she couldn’t find him in the system. And he would need to reschedule his appointment as it was not there fault they could not find him in there verification system. And could not bother to call the insurance company. Danielle comes in the conversation and blames the insurance verification department of them not being able to verify his insurance and also having my profile incorrectly. I asked if my husband could still be seen if I made the call to the insurance, Danielle stated that it was not a guarantee and he would be squeezed in or last patient of the day! This people are trained just to say have a seat ! Danielle said make your phone call and have a seat , they should find better ways to talk to patients. Rana (manager) comes on board and asked what’s going on , she gets on the phone . Another 15 minutes go bye, I was able to get the insurance on the line . Insurance rep said please get them on the phone , they should call ins if they have any issues instead of refusing to see patient due to there error .i walked up to Leslie I was half way telling her that I had the ins on the phone and she cuts me off ! I told her you should of told me you took care of it since I told you I was calling the insurance company. She mumbled to her co worker which she started laughing. Which is so unprofessional and rude . Danielle tried to justify that rana (manager) did not come to us to let us know it was taken care of because she was dealing with a incident that happened in the restroom. Which that issue could of waited , due to the fact of what happened. It only would take less then a minute to tell us he would be seen. Every other patient was offered water except us I wonder why ? Read moreMy eye doctor was and is amazing he analyzed my eyes thoroughly and listened and addressed my concerns completely. I am 100% pleased with him because not only did he listened he understood my problem areas of concerns which many dr have done as well but he took the extra mile and evaluated my problem areas after looking at the picture thing of my eye and understood exactly what I explained as other dr would have just shut me down with a common answer to hurry on with the next or they just didn’t feel like goin the extra mile to see what I was talking about.. although I know my issue is more with Insurance and them labeling it as cosmetic but it’s not but regardless knowing my doctor took the time and patience to look more thoroughly and sympathize with me was the ultimate reason I would always go back as well as having a tremendous team behind him all the ladies and staff are amazing and customer service is extraordinary everyone there is so nice I been going there for many years now I’m not exactly sure when he came aboard but the first time he examine me was last year and I was telling one of the staff that put me in a room on how pleased I was with him she asked if I would like him to evaluate my eye which was amazing so I requested him again yesterday as I had a really bad eye irritation from possibly chemical and or object in my eye he immediately addressed my problem before even walking in the door and provided immediate relief which was heaven I was so uncomfortable prior to that even though it was temporary relief he knew exactly where to start and proscribed me I think something with a steroid of some sort but already not even a full day and my eye is feeling sooooo much better I was ready to rip my eye out with all my pain and discomfort.. fact of the matter is the doctors as well as the staff at the nellis location is amazing and offer extraordinary customer service with many different options for all different eye cases and preferences I would most definitely recommend them to any one that needs eye care!! Big huge thanks to the Dr’s and all staff at the pearl vision location on nellis especially for going above and beyond...
