OMG!!! Where do I begin. Patricia and Jeff at Reeds (Concord Mills) were phenomenal!! My girlfriend and I were in search of an engagement ring. From the time we were there, to the time we left on Day 2 (yep Day 2 because we went back and decided on another ring); they took VERY good care of us. When we came in we were looking to upgrade a ring and though we took a very long time to decide on the first ring, Patricia was so very patient with me. Jeff jumped in and assisted with no hesitation.
But, it was during the second visit that took my breath away. We went in and told Patricia that we wanted to change my ring and get something different and a little bigger. :) Both Patricia and Jeff jumped right in and helped. Again, we took forever. And not once did they make us feel rushed. Jeff searched and searched until he found the PERFECT diamond (which we had to order and get the head of it changed completely) to be placed in my ring that we chose. We felt so bad for having them do the transaction all over again but they both assured us that they had no problem with it and just wanted to make sure that I was happy.
While waiting for Jeff to do the exchange in the system, Patricia took me under her wings and showed my girlfriend the perfect diamond ring for her. I decided to go ahead and purchase her ring. It was absolutely beautiful. Once Jeff finished with the exchange, we were told it would be back within the week (and it was). We got the notification that the ring was ready and I called before going there to make sure that Patricia or Jeff were working because I only wanted to deal with one of them. We went back in on that Sunday and Patricia was working. Can you say...BREATHTAKING???? That is what my ring is. I was almost in tears because it is so beautiful. Patricia paired it back up with my diamond band that I had taken home from the first visit and it was absolutely beautiful.
Not only did they take care of first time customers at that Reeds, but they took care of a couple who have become lifelong jewelers at that location. I want to THANK both Patricia and Jeff for the outstanding customer service, diligence and patience they displayed during our rings journey. I could not have asked for a better duo to work with. They work absolutely great together and help one another just like a team should.

Read moreThis was far most the greatest experience I ever encounter at a jewelry store. Tip and Penny customer service was outstanding. Not to mention. Their manager. She is also lovely. Long story short. (Well this may be long). I needed to replace a 14k Cuban chain that was stolen. I was not in the best mood, but as soon as my family entered Reeds. The energy instantly altered me to joy and peacefulness. My objective was to do some browsing within all jewelry stores; Yet, I was determined not to leave concord without my Cubin Chain. Reeds was the first store my family walked in. Penny was very uplifting. She was a pleasure to work with. She understood my purpose and help make great suggestions with jewelry that were displayed and not displayed. Her patience is phenomenal. So we encountered a small problem and who do we go see? Tip! This man truly stands on “you can have whatever you like”. He was obviously busy but when penny brought us over. The whole agenda change. He has all traits penny shows he is truly knowledgeable. Tip is honest and you can feel the trustworthiness when he is in your presence. He went far and beyond to exceed my expectation. Let’s just say Tip got my 24 in14k Miami Cuban chain within 30 min in his possession, and it was not in Reeds Jewelry store in Concord... Yes, read that last sentence over again. You want to talk about miracles. This place may be somewhere you catch one. We walked in all other jewelry stores just for curiosity. Left in 2 min like the typical person does. I am thankful Reeds was the first store I encountered and the other bad apples didn’t get a chance to spoil the ripe one. Anyway, I Left happy with my Chain. I tried a couple of anniversary rings last week. When I told the woman that I would like to think about which one to buy, she pulled a long face. Then I said thank you to her. She already was walking away and replied “you are welcome “ coldly and dropped her ring sizer hard on the counter. Obviously she was upset that I didn’t make a purchase right then.
I liked one of the rings a lot so I went in again today with my husband and daughter wanting to see that ring and another one. It was busy. I was hoping she was with other customers so that I would not have to communicate with her. Unfortunately somehow she came up to my husband while I was looking at the rings. She saw me and said: I remember you. Have you decided?” with NO smile, cold. I hesitated a little then showed a picture of a ring that I wanted to try on. She did have the style so she brought it to me. I tried and then asked if she could bring the halo one I tried last time for me to compare. Hearing that, she took a long loud sigh and went to get the ring. Her manners made me very uncomfortable. Then she just stood by me staring at me , asking which one I would want. I felt much pressured and uneasy being there so we left. My husband later said: I wonder how she could be the manager, considering of her unfriendly attitude and rude manners.
