It breaks my heart to feel the way I felt in the store today. I stopped into the mall to grab something from a store I went into the store and asked where the other store was. At first super duper sweet and the team had directed me to the store. I told them I would come back and get some sweets on my way home so I did. I just want to say Lynn I think his name was, was so kind to me even when I told the story. I had mentioned that I had a story and that story was this chocolate store was super memorable to me because my dad used to take me all the time when I was a teen. My parents and I would always pass as well coming into the mall. This is what broke my heart and it in my opinion was disrespectful because you never know how someone is so important to you until they are gone. The young lady was with the other male co worker as Lyn was helping me, the store was silent while I was telling them the story. when I had mentioned the story they both bowed her head and started laughing so I wouldn’t notice while Lyn was listening. I definitely noticed and it hurt me as a individual because like I said you never know how much of importance a memory is until they are gone. I felt so ashamed because of me expressing a heart felt memories and yeah it’s not their job to care about my personal life but it is theirs to be respectful at least while I’m in the store. I really hope the next person that comes into this family store doesn’t feel...

The clerk was very sweet but did not know what they had that was dairy free, the second clerk said they didn't have anything that was dairy free. So I stepped outside and googled on my phone, "Rocky mountain chocolate factory allergens" which informed me, "Dark chocolate varieties are vegan such as dark choc and macadamia and dark choc and cranberry. " Now, I know it might not be a big deal to many, but if you cannot have dairy, and you love chocolate, finding some dairy-free chocolate is a real treat! Not to mention I would have bought a lot of chocolate for the rest of us that can have our chocolate with dairy in it. So I returned into the store and informed the sweet young lady who went to the back to ask the owner and came back out saying the owner said there was nothing and I said well it's funny that if you're a chain, all of your chocolate should be the same and that's what I had found online on the Rocky mountain chocolate allergens menu, and I found the dark chocolate macadamia clusters. After that, I lost my desire for...

The atmosphere is small but there is a variety of chocolate, candy and apples that you can choose from, freshness guaranteed as you can see them spinning and making the caramel themselves right through the glass! I have tried a good amount of their chocolate and apples to say, they remain consistent with their product, it will always be the same, same fresh taste and same chocolate taste when it hits your taste buds. A lot of the chocolate melts right in your mouth giving that sweet tooth it's guilty pleasure. This store is always a must and can fill that dessert gap in your stomach.
