First off, I used the mobile Starbucks app to place my order and that was my first time using it so wasn't sure what to expect. Was not expecting the service I got. Boyfriend and I were taking a road trip and wanted to try their new drink, carmalized honey; this location was the only one with it in stock. I placed the mobile order not realizing you couldn't pick a time like other mobile ordering places. Knowing we weren't going to be in that area in ten minutes, I called to ask them to hold the order. Girl on the phone was pleasant and said sure. We arrive at the store, again first time doing mobile order, ask the guy at the counter about it. He was like it will be over there, points and walks off. I head to the general area and look around not seeing anything. I ask and say I was the one that called about a different time. Guy jumps down my throat saying next time don't do that, next time wait until you are ready to order, next time this and that etc. I stared at him and said I'm sorry that was the first time using the app. He said I don't care and walked off. The girl making our drinks made them wrong and was very snotty to us. Sneering at me when I asked a question about the new drink. Which by the way the new flavor is horrible. I like caramel and honey but this just tasted horrible, barely had a taste to it. Now, I'll give the drink another try at another store but I won't give that store another try nor the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visit the area about twice a month. I thought this was one of the best run Starbuck I'd ever been to. That was over the course of years. Very fast service, always good coffee, always pleasant employees for years. And I've been hundreds of different Starbucks in many states to. About a month or 2 ago that all changed. I always come early, Im an early riser. The coffee doesn't even taste like it usually does. As I've been waiting for them to open many customers rolled through and just left. It's 6 am now, I guess I'm gonna give up. Really disappointing.
Update, before I left I walked up to the door to make sure their hours hadn't changed. It was obvious at that point that the store is being remodeled. It was still dark out, if it was light out it would have been more obvious. There was a sign up about the remodeling but you couldn't read it unless you walked up to the front door. Maybe a sign that is visible from the road and an update on their website would be good. Maybe they can do some training during the remodeling and bring back the good service and products.

I stood there for a good min and she still didnāt say anything or look up at me. She rudely said you have to go to the back of line. I explained that he was crying and if she could just do it Iām not paying for it why could she not just give me a little bit. She finally turned around and made it which took her literally a couple of seconds. She put the cup down on the counter not even in my hands and said for future reference go in the line. Thatās when I told her she was so rude she said okay, I went next door to the rack room and they saw how upset I was. They told me that was the manager of that Starbucks and there has had been multiple complaints against this older woman. My suggestion is she needs to find another job that doesnāt involve customers.
