I have been visiting this spa for the past five months and I always receive exceptional service from Holly and Lucy! During my last visit, I treated myself and one of my relatives to a massage. I must say both masseuse did an amazing job! However, when it came time for me to pay for both massages, the front desk attendant and our two masseuse were standing at the front counter like vultures looking closely as I was getting ready to pay. Once I seen the total, I respectfully questioned the price based on the advertisement that's facing the parking lot. The front desk attendant raised her voice and became aggressive as she responded back to me. I did not argue nor raise my voice back at her due to the difference in the dollar amount was only $20. Then, I was asked would I like to give a tip, which I didn't mind because I always tip my masseuse every time I go. After I entered the tip amount, the front desk attendant repeatedly told me to leave more tip. I calmly told her "no, let's leave it at $10, my cousin might give a tip when he comes out of the restroom". As my relative came out of the restroom, all three women were begging him to leave a tip, in which he did ($30), due to the exceptional service that we received. I don't think I would be returning back to the spa for two reasons: One, I was over charged by $20 (due to the promotional price was not honored). Two, forcing, begging, and telling a customer(s) to leave a tip is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional! In addition, to telling them how much to leave for a tip as well. Providing a tip is optional and not required upon a customer receiving any form of service. I will say everything was good while it lasted, but I will be looking into a different spa for my future...
Read moreI went to get a massage because my neck and shoulders were in alot of pain from looking at monitors all day. The place is nice on the inside the guy did a good back massage but I thought this was whole body. No turning on your back to get ur thighs legs or neck. So as he was ending I asked can you do my neck and shoulders more because that’s what’s hurting. So he did a little something with the blanket over my shoulder and neck for a few. I’m thinking OK he’s going to at some point take this blanket off my should and neck and dig in, but was I disappointed now I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this review because now I still have to go home and use a neck massager and put hot towels around my own neck. They asked for tip I gave 5 , I was prepared to give more, if the massage wasn’t a half body back massage and if the reason I came would’ve been resolved. I’m sooo annoyed I rushed over here for nothing thinking I was going to go to work tomorrow feeling better….. sooo frustrated feel like i wasted my money, time and gas. If my back was aching no problem.. so disappointed!!!! Update… I had to come an update because the shop reached out to me immediately to make sure that I was satisfied abs I really appreciate that most places don’t care but they truly did. They offered me to come back to have my neck and shoulders done Anna I’m glad they did the massage was amazing and I feel like I just need to take a nap I feel a whole lot better because my neck is really a problem area for me thanks again for reaching back out to me ABs making things 1000%...
Read moreMy wife and I this place for the first the time a couple of weeks ago and was amazed with the massage. During that visit, the team was very attentive and the massage was excellent. So, we scheduled another appointment. We were given a loyalty card to punch each time we would complete a massage. Went back yesterday and the experience was different. Once we arrived, we felt like they were rushing us to start the massage unlike the previous time. Rather than closing the door for complete privacy, the massage therapists kept the door cracked and we were in the room next to the front lobby. During the massage, one massage therapist kept leaving out tending to other people coming in as if she was running the front desk and providing massage services simultaneously. We managed to get through the massage. We didn’t complain about the interruptions and inconveniences we had to deal with. At checkout, we paid additional for the oils and tipped $5 additional dollars per therapist. The attendant picked up the tip sign and pointed to it again as if she wanted more for a tip. Tip would’ve been more if the service was better. However, she got upset and refused to stamp out loyalty card. We didn’t complain and just walked out. The the service wasn’t near as pleasant as the first time. Constant interruptions are unprofessional and unacceptable. We decided to never go back again due to her attitude and our treatment.
