Well I visited better! Must have been an off day it seems for everyone working Tuesday! It's seems like every store that we visited, we were not greeted, helped, nor thanked upon leaving their establishment(s). And the stores were not that BUSY at all to provide even a smile or a nod from an employee just as a gesture to acknowledge that a customer is in their store. I know this since I used to manage for 4 different store locations during my 15 years tenure for BlockBuster Video! Maybe it's the different times now, that customer service isn't the main priority like it once was where the customer "Always Comes First No Matter What...And we Always provide that customer, an award Winning Experience Each and Every time they entered our store to keep them coming Back!" Hopefully someone here reading this may take this message back to each and every staff member of their store and let them know, that just because retail my have gone mostly to the internet now, those stores that are still open for customers to come in and browse and shop, you make the difference to interact with that customer can make your store stay open or shut down. It use to be great mall, unfortunately not anymore. They have one schedule on the web site, different schedules on the store doors , and the some of the stores closed even they should be open by the schedule on the store! Have to come to ecco store already 2 times , and no luck! First time they decided to close the store earlier than that should.
