Super Nails & Facials — Attraction in Fruit Cove

If I could give no star I would. Was referred here by word of mouth. Im very skeptical about who does my toes because it takes detail and patience. You cannot just slap some paint on and that's it. Had surgery on my left toe years ago and made my requests crystal clear. First of all I asked for a full acrylic set which costs $30. I showed the girl a photo of how I wanted her to paint my nails. Then I get into the foot chair and I select the Spa pedi which costs $30. I need acrylic on my big toe so I can accept an extra fee for that. The girl was quick even though she did not shape them the way I wanted them despite me coming in with a photo of how I wanted my nails to look I was willing to accept it. However she also did not do my entire nail!! I cannot stand the look of needing a fill in from day one!! Why would you not cover the whole nail? The guy doing my feet did not want to do it. He barely touched me. I had to ask him to cut my toenails because I do not like them long. He was ready to throw paint on. I also had to ask him to actually shape my toenail because he put a glob of acrylic on it and left it like that lumpy and crooked. He did not file or clean any of the debris on my toes from the acrylic so now im picking acrylic out from underneath my toenails and on the sides. It looks like a 5 year old did my toes. Neither of them actually cleaned up the mess they made with drills and powder and whatever they just painted right over everything. He cut my actual toe twice with his drill!! By the time he got to painting everything was burning. I had to ask him to stop so I can fan off my feet cuz they were on fire. When this man came up to me and said I now owed them $110 I was floored. You cannot do whatever you want to someones nails and upcharge them as you go. Instead of adjusting the bill to what I requested and allowing me to pay and go my way they wanted to bring out cameras and yell and cause a scene expecting me to retaliate. Every black person doesn't respond with violence. NOT EVER WILL I GO BACK OR RECOMMEND!! Stay away from this place. They do not communicate with you as they are adding fees to your bill while they do a piss poor job and will try to humiliate you in the end. Spend your money with people that actually tell you what they are charging you for and can appreciate your business. SHUT THEM DOWN!! I don't need to SAY anything. LOOK...

Me and my daughter both left BLEEDING — my finger is still bleeding 12 hours later ! I’m saddened by my whole experience with this shop… my first visit I asked for a pink and white dip set… they just used pink acrylic powder and painted the white on… I was pleasantly surprised how well it held up and how well they looked so I decided to give the shop another chance and bring my daughter with me for a pedicure and a fill in. My daughter only gets manicures as her nails are naturally just beautiful. They cut her nails sooo short when they did them. The pedicures were average but the gel polish that we paid an extra 20.00 for is shotty at best. The lines on the French are uneven and the polish is caked up on the side of my nails. Which you can’t tell when you’re in the shop being hurried to the manicure chair.. I only noticed when I was able to really look at them when I arrived at home.

Both me and my daughter have cuts on our fingers. Yes the techs were apologetic and I understand that mistakes happen… not upset about the mistake happening at all. However as a business… I truly feel like if your customers leaves with subpar nails and have to open a first aid kid to clean their fingers and put bandaids and antibiotic cream on freshly done nails then they probably shouldn’t be paying full price. Let alone 181.50 for 2 regular pedicures, a fill and a manicure. And I’m not trying to say that services shouldn’t be paid for… but something! A discount.. a coupon for next time… anything! Other than being asked if I want to tip. And No I didn’t say anything while me and my daughter were just trying to leave so we could clean our fingers and get some Tylenol. We were both on the verge of tears. We both are also very non confrontational and have social anxiety. We also did not have time to sit and have our injured fingers redone because we had plans following our nail appointment and well… OUR HANDS HURT. I feel like it is the nail techs responsibility to alert the owner that a small mistake was made and for the business to correct the issue… we didn’t have to tell them we were cut and bleeding… they could see it!

We will not be returning. And I have half a mind to dispute the charge.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I came here for the first time on Saturday. Based on research and reviews , I set my appointment with TeTe & Tom. TeTe was so rude towards me. She barely looked at me and didn’t greet me. She just said sit down and asked me “how did you hear about me and my husband”? I told her I researched online to find the shop and based on reviews I chose her for my nails and Tom for my pedicure. She literally said “ok” and didn’t say another word to me the entire time. You would think if someone is new to your business, you would at least welcome them or say thank you for honor our business and for giving us a try. She did NOT do a good job on my nails and the process was so rushed so she could squeeze in 2 other people who were waiting on her. I asked for short white nails. She gave me medium-long milky white nails that I later noticed after leaving the shop are see through. I did not want that at all! Tom was kind and had a friendly attitude but my pedicure was awful. As I walked towards the front to pay and got a good look at my toes, they were so lumpy and uneven. I called it out to his attention He got down on the floor to see up close and literally said, “it’s your toes”! I told Tom I’ve had the pleasure of looking at my toes for 47 years and my toes are not lumpy or uneven. That comes from a poor job and cheap polish! I placed his finger across one of my toes and all of the sudden, he agreed it was the polish. He attempted to redo it, but it’s still a terrible job. This was $105 down the drain. I’ve spent lots more money for a great service and would never complain. It’s not about the money for me. It’s the poor service and bad experience. Don’t waste your time or...
