Bad experience. The website asked to call to make an appointment. I called about 20 mins prior to 12pm to make 2 appointments. One for my husband, a 60 min full body massage, and for myself, a 60 min feet massage. When I was led to my room, I had to wait for about 15 min past our appointment time without having my feet soak.
Prior to waiting in the dark, the front desk lady asked if I wanted to do a 50/50 head/neck/shoulder and the other half a feet massage. I doubled check that there were no extra charge and I said yes.
The masseuse did not apologize for the wait. In between massage, her phone kept vibrating with flashing light and she even answered her phone. Unprofessional. I was not sure of the time this was or I would have requested a new masseuse.
Everything was okay until after the massage, the masseuse led me out the door, and then smiled and said to tip her in cash. I was not very happy with the service to give a big tip, but I was going to tip her regardless; my eyes were still adjusting to the waiting room lights so I was not able to get the tips out of my purse in the room. But, I went into my purse in the waiting room and pull out a hesitant 10% tip. To my shock, the masseuse REFUSED MY TIP AND ASKED FOR MORE THAN $10. I was disappointed that my $6 (the 10% tip of my $60 massage price) meant nothing and she gave it back to me. Both her and the front desk lady shook their head and said the minimum is $10 in tips. There were no sign that said tips are a requirement. I eventually gave $10 while the front lady kept making fun of my husband and I that do we not tip when we go to the restaurant. This part was very unnecessary especially when tips are earned and not demanded.
Then the front desk called out my husband's masseuse to see if he had tip her and proceeded with the same unnecessary action she...

The staff was absolutely fantastic—professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. They made me feel truly welcomed and cared for, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed from the session.
Now let me talk about the massage—it was AMAZING. One of the best I’ve ever had, hands down. The therapist had the perfect balance of strength and sensitivity, working through tension with skill and intention. I left feeling completely renewed, relaxed, and energized at the same time.
You can really feel the positive energy that flows through this place. There’s something special about Tibet Spa that goes beyond just a great massage—it's a whole experience of peace, healing, and well-being.
I highly, highly recommend Tibet Spa and Massage to anyone looking to recharge their body and soul. I can’t...
Read moreWe are frequent guests of this place. My wife and I absolutely love it. We have yet to be disappointed after many visits over a few years. We use them after long backpacking, hiking, climbing, paddling and snowboarding trips as well as before the trips. We also go on occasion for date nights. Was just there last week and once again it’s a great bang for the buck. They deep tissue rub your feet and legs, rubbing deep into the tissue and tendons. Towards the end they use a hot rocks again your skin which is so warm and soothing. They glide them over your feet and legs. At times, the deep rubbing can have a tad of discomfort but that’s only because I go in beat up off the trails and can suffer injuries to tendons. Recently doing well over a 100 miles with a 45-50lb pack with gear. My wife absolutely loves it and she can be hard to please. Not sure what happens but she quickly falls asleep due to the immense comfort it brings her. The setting is cute, music is good and get ready for a great time! When my legs and feet feel sick, I take them there!!!...
