I'm literally standing in the store right now waiting to be helped. When I walked in I was finishing up a phone call but quickly got off the phone. It still took someone even 5 mins to say anything to me as I am standing in line, with a person behind me. I now am going on 10+ minutes of waiting.

My whole purpose of coming in was to get them to fix a ring I already brought to them once. A diamond fell out and I had them replace it earlier this year. It has since fallen out again. I have had great experiences in the past here however I'm very disappointed to see this kind of service now. I'm hoping to be helped soon and that they can resolve this issue soon.... Success finally am being helped! Now let's see if this ring can be fixed.

.... Wanted to update my review... I picked up my ring that I was getting fixed the other week on my way out of town. It was on a Saturday and the store was busy, however this time I was greeted by a lady who advised me it would be just a minute. I still waited for about 10minutes again, however I knew the wait would probably be longer going in on a weekend and I didn't mind. When they gave me the ring back it looked great and the job was done beautifully, just like the other work I've had done there in the past. The gentleman I did talk to did tell me they were a little surprised by my initial review and felt it was a little unfair. I still don't understand how they thought I was unfair, however I did advise them that I had ever intention of doing an update, as so. Anyways, they told me they didn't have a record of me getting that particular diamond fixed there before which I believed I had, I offered to pay for it since they didn't have a record of it that they could find, but they were generous and insisted that there was no need for me to. They did mention they had a note that one of the diamonds was chipped, I don't remember anyone ever telling me that in the past, I would have just had them fix it, but either way the job was done and done well.

I'm happy to have my ring look great again, and I would recommend this place still and will still go there myself if I have any issues. I think it might have been a fluke experience possibly when I dropped my ring off to initially get fixed, however I'm glad to see the company takes pride in providing good customer satisfaction. Not only did they take care of my ring, but they clearly listen to their customers. When I went to pick it up they had a copy of my review printed out and wanted to have s genuine talk about it even though they were a bit busy when I came back to pick it up. I am always glad to write positive reviews when businesses provide excellent service. Similarly, I am compelled to share experiences of poor customer service. I took into consideration the many favorable reviews that led my husband and me to visit Wholesale Diamond Consultants in late March 2021. Our intent was to shop for a diamond solitaire upgrade for my wedding ring as we approach our 15-year wedding anniversary. On our first visit, we met with John. After describing the desired diamond criteria, John asked us to return in two Saturdays to look at diamonds that his supplier would get to him. When we returned, he accessed some envelopes and admitted he forgot what we asked for and said his diamond supplier hadn't sent anything we could look at. So we wasted time going to the store, even though he had previously written down what we discussed. and our contact information was provided. However, he said he should have some diamonds for us to look at by the middle of the following week, and he would call us to let us know when they arrived. The story ends by us not hearing from him since. We're very disappointed, but it's this business' loss for what could have been a major purchase of a cherished gem. I wish I could say more good things about Wholesale Diamond Consultants. Larry is without a doubt the best salesperson I have ever met. Not only is he knowledgeable, he cares about his clients. When I first went shopping for an engagement ring for my lady, he took the time teach me about diamonds. He showed me what to look for, how to shop for them, and what to expect. He never once pressured me, and when I made multiple trips to the store over the course of several months, he always remembered me and what I was looking for.

In the end, he helped me pick out a gorgeous engagement ring that my fiance was ecstatic about. I shopped around a little after meeting with Larry, and I realized that big box stores in the mall just want to sell you something and tack on a bunch of charges for extra things you dont need. I went back to Larry and he made the whole purchasing process so easy.

We even went back to WDC and purchased my wife to be's custom wedding band. She brought them a simple sketch of what she was looking for, and they turned it into a reality. She couldn't be happier.
