Bayfront Park — Attraction in Corpus Christi

Place was ok just need better parking options and notable visitor free parking areas with visible signage. The city did a horrible job of allowing visitors to know where to park by having no signs nor free visitor parking areas noted. It was basically park at your own risk. Come on Corpus Christi you have to do a better job of showing consideration for not only for visitors to the area but also for residents of the city. Beautifully maintained waterfront park. We visited Corpus Christi on a day trip from Houston specifically to try out the Zagster bike share program and this is one place in town where the bike stands were plentiful. It was January but there were still quite a few people out. Some on bikes but many more on cool looking motorized scooters. This location in Corpus Christi Texas is one of my favorites because of the beauty and calmness of the area. I like to discuss my plans for that day with the father of All fathers. You know they say if you want to make God laugh tell him your plans instead of discussing them. The area is known as Oleander point. Actually a small cliff overlooking Corpus Christi bay. From it you can see the city of Portland, Ingleside, and a little bit of Port Aransas....
